Heavy Duty AGV Mobile Platform - OmniTitan - 40 tons

The heavy-duty AGVs designed and manufactured by Hangfa Robotics Co., Ltd. have a rated load capacity of 40 tons and are used for handling heavy and large rolled materials.
The heavy-duty AGV body adopts a modular design, including the main equipment structure, drive system, lifting system, control system, remote control, battery and other auxiliary systems. In addition, the AGV is equipped with a manually adjustable saddle to accommodate different diameters of roll-shaped materials. The vehicle's wheel system consists of omnidirectional differential rudder wheels. The drive unit can be independently driven and suspended hydraulically, ensuring uniform loading and smooth operation of multiple wheels. This design provides the vehicle with strong climbing and obstacle-crossing abilities. The entire vehicle utilizes a laser navigation system to achieve automatic transportation. It has omnidirectional movement, automatic charging, laser obstacle avoidance, and anti-collision capabilities. The AGV control system is a motion controller developed by Hangfa. It can obtain real-time operation parameters of the AGV and has self-diagnosis and alarm functions. Users can view alarm information through the AGV touch screen or the dispatching system interface, which facilitates equipment troubleshooting. The MES is used to call for AGV equipment reloading to complete delivery tasks.
