This is probably the better way to do it because going in nose first gets you out of traffic. Every single time I go to parallel park, indicators on and everything, I align with the car in front to back up, but people always drive up right behind me and then I have to give up and leave. No one waits for anyone to parallel park by backing into the space, unfortunately :\
Thank you so much for this, especially the last tip. I have difficulty straightening my car whenever I parellel park to the front. Will definitely use this tip. :)
Very informative as always. Thank you for sharing your knowledge to us newbies!!! I just passed my actual exam here in Japan a few days ago😅. Your videos are very helpful and easy to understand. Keep it coming. どうもありがとうございました。
If your car doesn’t automatically do it, lower your passenger side rear view mirror as you approach so that you can see your rear wheel/curb when you reverse.
This video is helpful ,, my parking is not always straight and some time i forget my side ,, but now that i have watch this video ,i can park my car , even if am not perfect thnks
Love your power packed videos..short crisp to the point with very useful techniques..can you make a video on curb side parking and also tell the technique to have the right distance between the curb n the car?
Estimating your nose to the nose of the car next to you may seem scary because if you do a sharp steer (more than one turn) there is a chance your car side might nail their nose, always move at slow speed and check your side mirror
also hat would help is if you could show us how it looks like in the side mirror as we are supposed to use them while parking, it helps to get a better feel as to what we're suppose to see when parking to know we're doing a correct job and to know that we wouldn't hit the car behind
In my opinion, this is how we should parallel park our cars. Yes, it may takes more space, but the fact that you don't reverse your car to get yourself between two parked cars from a road worth the extra space. After all, if you didn't skip reading the highway code and read only what you need to know for getting your license, it's suggested that you shouldn't be reversing your car in a road, if there are any alternatives to avoid it.
Hi Sir, I love your all videos and it is very helpful in real life for driving . i would love to see your next video which is about space judgement for narrow street or passing between two cars. i would highly appreciate for it. Thank you. From Nepal.
I think I had to park like this in driving school just once and I had so much fucking space it was okay, but never truly learned it. And now after getting my licence last week I just drove with my father who told me to park this way and I was actually planning to back up, but no I had to do it his way and I completely forgot which way is which and how to even park, like ... wtf long story short, this was helpful because all my father says is "look at your mirrors" and "you should know this" .....
Please prepare me by watching those videos on how to pass the road and mock test so I can get my G2 License and do I need to turn my head when parallel parking reverse and by doing the same thing in the front ?
im still kinda far to the curb even though i used your reference points (center of my hood crossing with the curb) any more tips? maybe it has something to do with my seat adjustment
when you say don"t need to make any moves parking in the streets, does that include streets with no curbs? If driving a longer car like lets say a minivan or suv is that the same way to park, even unless no cars between? Besides that you have any videos on how to park car in street near other tight cars?
Hello there Conduite Facile. Awesome vid as always. Btw, do u think u can do vids on how to properly adjust car mirrors for on the road and also for parking purposes, juz a suggestion. Thanks in advance n hv a great week ahead.
Two things: 1. That 'half the bumper of the car in front' isn't really a great tip as there are different cars out there. In my car for example I can move forward to the point I don't see the bumper at all and still leave quite a gap between cars. 2. You don't need twice the space or backing up if the sidewalk isn't raised. I don't know how often that's the case in Canada, but where I live many parking spots don't have any high curbs near them.
Thanks for replying. So it's normal to make correction in this case; it won't make us look like rookies, right ? Sir, I have another question which I write in the discussion section of your page regarding other technique for parallel parking.
If the car behind is closer, you should the park the normal way, reversing. Search for "parallel parking" on my channel. I have lots of videos on that.
What if the car on either front or back of your vehicle is parked too far from the curb, using them as reference point will cause you to park the same way.
I'm always way too far from the kerb and my car is never straight when parking in a space between cars, been driving for 4 months and no matter how many times i practice i still can never get it right
Ease off break. If car is moving slowly out of space, thats a good thing. Then when u are clear of any obstacles, you can slightly ease on gas to accelarate.
Conduite Facile yes please I live in a hill and I have difficulty every time I want to park in it, since my car very tall and the places are very tight... thank you for your help ..
When parking in tight spots, you have to go the usual way, which is reversing. It'll be extremely complicated to park in a tight spot going forward. Here's a video on tight parking, the usual way: ruclips.net/video/KHt_Ttslcqw/видео.html
Isn't that different for every car? If you don't have experience just watch the revs. Typically you'd want to change up if the revs reach 3-3,5k, and down if they fall below 1-1,5k
The trick by stopping when u see more or less half the bumper of the car in front, makes it that u can easily drive off the spot without reversing, ye?
It depends on what zone you drive. If you drive downtown, you won't see room like this. But in residential areas there are tons of these. At leat where I live.
Yeah. You are right.
No
I passed my exam 3 days ago and your videos helped me a lot. Merci! More power!
Congrats. Et bienvenue.
Thank you so much for this, especially the last tip. I have difficulty straightening my car whenever I parellel park to the front. Will definitely use this tip. :)
Dude, watched almost all of your english videos. thank you so much man! its a great help especially for me as a new driver.
I knew how to back parallel but this is so much more useful especially the last step .
His all video is a combination of math and geometry.
Love it.
No one will ever do any mistake if anyone just gets this video.
Ya. That's exactly what I tell my students. Parking is geometry. Align yourself right and respect the distances, and it practically does itself.
Very informative as always. Thank you for sharing your knowledge to us newbies!!! I just passed my actual exam here in Japan a few days ago😅. Your videos are very helpful and easy to understand. Keep it coming. どうもありがとうございました。
Awesome tips! Easy to remember information. Excellent demonstrations. You are the best driving instructor. Terrific channel!
If your car doesn’t automatically do it, lower your passenger side rear view mirror as you approach so that you can see your rear wheel/curb when you reverse.
wait, there are cars that automatically move your mirrors for you???
@@ed_iz_ed yeah a lot of newer cars do it when you put the car into reverse
Lmao where do you live bro.@@ed_iz_ed
Thank You very much man! This is a lot of help for me to park sideways
Very helpful video as always, thanks
This video is helpful ,, my parking is not always straight and some time i forget my side ,, but now that i have watch this video ,i can park my car , even if am not perfect thnks
another informative and helpful video. this solves my problem regarding parallel parking from the front. thank you so much.
Exactly, what I was looking for! Thank you for your videos- very helpful.
Love your power packed videos..short crisp to the point with very useful techniques..can you make a video on curb side parking and also tell the technique to have the right distance between the curb n the car?
I have several videos on that on my channel. Just search the channel with "Parallel parking"
Thank you..i surfed n number of videos to resolve my query..finally ur video did it
This is better than reverse as I am constantly bothered of another car stealing my space from behind when I try to park in a public space.
You are greate now adays I'm only watching your videos
All of your videos are very helpful. I am watching it all. 👍
I tried it to today and I did it!
Thanks so much
I'll keep watching and practicing
i find it difficult to parallel park from the front and this video helped me understand, hopefully i can do it perfectly tomorrow, thanks!
You can do it!
Estimating your nose to the nose of the car next to you may seem scary because if you do a sharp steer (more than one turn) there is a chance your car side might nail their nose, always move at slow speed and check your side mirror
Thank you helping like angel in my close exam
WOW !!!!!!!!!!! NICE VISUAL... Now i know how to gauge it with my eyes when driving
Much easier backward but what I needed is this! Thanks a.lot! I was not taught this in driving school.
This should always be done if you have lots of room. If not, yes, reversing is always easier.
THIS MADE SO MUCH SENSE,THANK YOU SO MUCH
Another great video. I'll be a pro after watching all your videos haha
I was looking for a video like this for so long. thank you
Omg that way looks so much easier then going backwards
also hat would help is if you could show us how it looks like in the side mirror as we are supposed to use them while parking, it helps to get a better feel as to what we're suppose to see when parking to know we're doing a correct job and to know that we wouldn't hit the car behind
I can never tell if my car is straight I have to get out and check
yeah me too. and also how far from the curb. everytime i park, im always kinda far
Late reply but you can put your side mirror all the way down so you can see the curb
Same
Would you do more videos per week.. Thanks for the efforts
I'm aiming for one per week.
In my opinion, this is how we should parallel park our cars. I've got a video on distances coming. Don't know when though.
Waw.....they never taught me this. Thank you!
TRUSSSS
OMG! I am dying 💀 that I have understood everything which I used to think difficult 😣😖😫😭.
Anyways Thanks!!
I feel like I should get this, but I am having a ton of trouble. I will give it a try tomorrow.
Everything takes practice.
Very useful! I like your channel so much! Thanks !
you are perfect techera you are!
Thanks.
Seus vídeos são maravilhosos. Tem me ajudado bastante. Muuuito obrigada!
De nada!
Thank you for helpful videos.
You're welcome!
Great Video, Thank you 🙏
Do you have the same video how to parallel park from front but on the left side ?
I think I had to park like this in driving school just once and I had so much fucking space it was okay, but never truly learned it.
And now after getting my licence last week I just drove with my father who told me to park this way and I was actually planning to back up, but no I had to do it his way and I completely forgot which way is which and how to even park, like ... wtf

clear and precise instructions.

In the test of driving, there will be no backup cameras so do I have to turn my head backwards when backing up the car ?
Hello there Conduite Facile. Awesome vid as always. Btw, do u think u can do vids on how to properly adjust car mirrors for on the road and also for parking purposes, juz a suggestion. Thanks in advance n hv a great week ahead.
Yes. I have a video on that already started. Now I just need to finish it, :)
Thanks it's helpful
How to know both cars' bumpers are aligned? Any reference point?
Two things:
1. That 'half the bumper of the car in front' isn't really a great tip as there are different cars out there. In my car for example I can move forward to the point I don't see the bumper at all and still leave quite a gap between cars.

1-Bumpers: If cars are the same sizes
2-You shouldn't step on the sidewalks anyway, even if they're low.
very helpful. thank you
Great video... please can you show us how to parking reverse on the right side... thank You
I've got lots of them. Do a search with the words "Parallel Parking" on my channel.
Here's the main one: ruclips.net/video/FbKS5obDNoc/видео.html
In the 1st example, Can we park perfectly without having to make additional corrections (reverse a bit and then move forward) ?
It's a bit difficult because of the angle.
Thanks for replying. So it's normal to make correction in this case; it won't make us look like rookies, right ?
Sir, I have another question which I write in the discussion section of your page regarding other technique for parallel parking.
Thank you!
Very well explained!
Life saver
Do you take your foot off the accelerator, and let the car move up, then put your foot on the break, when you showed the 2nd part of the video?
You can yes, if you're driving an automatic. You can also accelerate very slightly.
Thank You
thanks for video🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷
What if the car behind you if closer? How would you align your car?
If the car behind is closer, you should the park the normal way, reversing. Search for "parallel parking" on my channel. I have lots of videos on that.
What if the car on either front or back of your vehicle is parked too far from the curb, using them as reference point will cause you to park the same way.
I'm always way too far from the kerb and my car is never straight when parking in a space between cars, been driving for 4 months and no matter how many times i practice i still can never get it right
how if the space is only as per our car?
Thanks, very helpful :)
When do you start turning right when your car passes halfway of the other car
For my drivers test can i back into the spot or drive into the spot and both are considered parallel parking ?
Question: when pulling out do you push the gas or just ease off the brake then push the gas
Ease off break. If car is moving slowly out of space, thats a good thing. Then when u are clear of any obstacles, you can slightly ease on gas to accelarate.
Hi when you say turn completely, do you mean lock the wheel? thnx
Yes.
@@ConduiteFacile hiya thank you for your reply but in the video it looks like the wheels are 1 full turn but it is not completely locked
Why is easier to park in reverse? I’ve always wondered that
My driving test is in 3 hours, I'm so nervous 😭This is my least favourite parking, I hope I don't get this one.
This is the easiest one 😳🤔
Did u pass
@@daymarie467 yes I did 😁 I got this one just in reverse which is my fovourite. :D
do you have a video for hill start
This summer
Conduite Facile yes please I live in a hill and I have difficulty every time I want to park in it, since my car very tall and the places are very tight... thank you for your help ..
If you come in at a sharper angle instead of parallel with the vehicle next to you it is way easier
Can you do this again but for tight parking spots please?
When parking in tight spots, you have to go the usual way, which is reversing. It'll be extremely complicated to park in a tight spot going forward. Here's a video on tight parking, the usual way: ruclips.net/video/KHt_Ttslcqw/видео.html
Wow! Thank you
thanks you
It's not really a parallel park if you've got 2 cars length of space is it?
😒
You’re awesome
Is it the same if im driving a truck
wow...nice help me lots
You are awesome
Thankyou
could you show us which number of shifter that match of the speed?
Isn't that different for every car? If you don't have experience just watch the revs. Typically you'd want to change up if the revs reach 3-3,5k, and down if they fall below 1-1,5k
It is different for every car yes. 3-5k in the upper is a bit high. 1-1.5 in the lower is good.
Can you use this method during a road test in nyc
I have no idea. Maybe somebody from NYC can answer that.
Can you please make video on downhill parking and uphill parking. Plzzz
This spring / summer.
The trick by stopping when u see more or less half the bumper of the car in front, makes it that u can easily drive off the spot without reversing, ye?
Yes. Unless the vehicle in front is a lot higher than yours. If that's the case, even if you see half the bumper, you might be too close.
Subscribed.
what is the name of the music in this video? :)
A song I made. I do the music for all my videos.
👌🏽Thank you
Can you do a video about driving at night?
Yes
Nice
Vere nice
The driver is crossing hands while driving
I was wondering why this accent sounded so familiar... QUEBEC STI!!
how to parallel park without a car in front
Express daiy news
1:22 1:35
but the space here is not very realistic, usually u would only have a space of a car, which is hmm
