Hi Hannah Thank you so much for your pilates videos, i did yoga for a couple of years and then just stopped and now I've gained so much weight, now on my weight loss journey i have found you, i am starting with the back to basics and the plus size video, i absolutely luv them, i have watched so many pilates videos on RUclips but there is something different about your videos, they look doable by the average person, you are such a great presenter as well, you connect with your viewers you are real. thank you so much you are a blessing. A quick question how many times a week can we do pilates and how many days rest?

For me, I’m trying to be active every day but if there is any day I feel exhausted, I allow my body to rest. Hi Hannah! I always love your videos. The things is, can you slow down a little bit? Its a bit hard for me to keep up because English is not my first language, I watch you from my phone and I'm a beginner so I had to look first and try maybe a couple times and by the time I get it right, you have already in the next move. But I don't know, maybe that's just my lazy ass, so don't stress about it hahaha! Anyway, love from Indonesia! 🖤

Keep up with some workout on beginner playlist, the more you do Pilates, the more you are familiar with my cue and all the movements at once. When I first started, it’s hard to keep everything at the same time as well. So no need to worry about it. Keep me posted too! Love, Hannah 💚
