Hi Edward! Apparently there is an option kit that you can purchase. The only mention I see of this kit is on page 12 of the QuickSpecs, 5th item from the bottom of the page, here: www.itcreations.com/user-manuals/z2-g9-manuals/hp-z2-g9-tower-workstation-quickspecs.pdf Kit part number: 4M9X8AA/AT Hope that helps, and thanks for watching!
Hi there, Use the request a quote button at the top of the page. bit.ly/3B2sCE7 As there are a few different options for configuration, just write a short description of what main components you want; CPU, memory, storage and GPU or no GPU as the case may be. Thanks for watching!
Yeah, you would think so given you can purchase an external unit to plug into one of those USB ports that will provide for all card formats and even replace that USB port you just plugged it into for like $6-$10. It's all about the upsell. 😅Thanks for commenting and watching!
I came sooo close to buying this, but the proprietary shaped PSU (with a 700W max) was a deal breaker. I get so tired of the 'proprietary components' game...and I hadn't realized HP was now playing it (like Dell). Wanted to install a 850W PSU with an RTX 3070, for Adobe and 3D.
Ahh, my favorite one, I wanted to reach out to you guys to make a review about this machine.
Im after a good pc for music production and video editing with good effects ect. Is this worth getting or getting a pc built by a pc specailist?
How do you add the USB C socket to the front?

The mysterious "optional" SD Card Reader nowhere to be found. You'd think at i9 level you'd just get one?
