I love Oz! Such a funny guy to hang out with and an incredible player. Thanks for this great show Pete and Tim.
You guys are setting the bar ridicously high with these first 3 episodes.
Don't know if you're planning a trip to the States anytime soon but, hopefully they'll get you as a guest Martin!
This series is therapy. Love it.
Can't even say how much I look forward to these videos
Holy shit. I never thought there would be a day when I got to see Oz, Pete, and Tim taking turns to check out a guitar and hearing them play in the same room. This is amazing!
Glad you dig it! Please share and spread the word!
I love the child-like joyfulness on all their faces when Oz rips through the impossible lick at 0:42.
Yay! Another great video! This is a really fun show, please don't stop before I get caught up on all the episodes! Thanks!
The most incredible part of this video is when you're all sitting there passing around the exact same guitar, and everybody sounds different through it.
It's true!! So different!
DAMN. What a great series of videos this is. More guitar players need to see this type of thing. There are too many 14 year old kids learning drop D screamo and thinking it's kewl, but there's a big huge world of guitar, and these guys are pros. Listening to the way they handle themselves would be a great influence on younger players. For any younger players watching these videos, I salute you for having great taste beyond your years.
I love "Tim & Pete's Guitar Show"!! I wish new episodes could appear every week!! All you need to do now, is design your own t-shirts for the show!! I'd buy one!! 🎸🎸🎸👍👍
So cool to have such great musicians just having a ball and showing some chops or tricks of the trade.
A tremendous amount of fun. Very glad you decided to do this series and hope time and energy allow for many more.
So great to just listen to these guys just talk shop 'n stuff. The best series for the working guitarist on the web. Well done.
The most incredible thing about this show is seeing and hearing you all in a relaxed state and having fun. Too cool. I hope we get into a little more meet in guitar playing and studio recording in the future. I know you both have amazing tricks up your sleeves for us home studio guitar playing guys.
I could watch these all day. Really enjoyed. Thanks fellas.
It's a wonderful thing the guitar. You all played the same guitar through the same amp and you can listen to each unique voice. It never ceases to amaze me! Great show. Tim, Pete and Oz you rock guys!!
Thank you Tim and Pete for another amazing show. The artists you both have introduced are incredible. I am very grateful for the knowledge you both share.
Awesome show. I'm loving the episodes and easy way you talk about music business, guitar, gear etc.
I do think it should become a Tim and Pete Show thing that everyone at home watches with a guitar across their lap!
Please keep your show running. Its great!!!!
Love the new shows! Thank you!
Loved it!! Thanks. Can't wait until you guys are on Netflix and we can binge-watch your videos!!
Just discovering this series. Thanks so much for taking the time to put these out. Discovering artists I didn't know, music and industry info available nowhere else and great stories! So fun to be a fly on the wall here. Cheers, guys! Well done!
Great video. Love that Scala Paul. Sounds awesome. Some great down to earth players here. Happy to get to know you guys through this medium. I wish I was there.

Oz (as well as Pete and TIm) is one of my absolute favorite guitarists. Thank you guys for making this show, it is so great to see great guitarists talk shop!
Great Episode! Going to check out more Oz Noy, NOW!!
Great seeing where players, who are way the hell out of my league are at. Thanks Tim and Pete.
Brilliant, so look forward to these vids, thanks guys :)
Pete- I can't type enough how much inspiration these have given me. I am back to practicing an hour plus a day and trying new tricks and tones. Keep it up!
This is effin' awesome the whole talk about time and groove was super cool!
amazing... that had me smiling all the way through. Thank you.
Thanx for what you guys are doing...this show is like fuel for guitar players thanx a lot
this is awesome! I love these episodes, three monster players talking music, guitars, amps, etc.
Very nice videos greatly appreciated ! Thank you !
I love this series! Keep 'em comin'!
Guitar is such a lovely instrument! Truely full of expression! We just witnessed something really peculiar of it. Pete was playing his guitar, gave it to Oz have some fun and, suddenly, everything changed completely! They are astonishing players, we know, both playing the very same guitar and amp, but what comes from their hands sounds totally diferent in terms of tone as well. Absolutely fantastic!
Thanks for starting this series guys! It's like i''m there with you and it sure feels great to be in the company of such talented people. Thumbs up, Keep 'em coming!
Thanks!!!
Nice! Oz Noy is one of my favorites. These episodes are great.
Keep the videos coming guys! I sit down to watch these episodes and it fills me with inspiration to further myself in my playing!
+The knowledge frontier more coming soon!
How the hell does this have any thumbs down? Mysterious. True fusion, gents. Three great perspectives, three great players, and three (ish) great amps. Can't wait for the next episode
The perfect way to wake up and have coffee. Awesome guys.
Love this show already!!!
Oh man!!!! Three amazing players!!!
that run at the beginning is insane!
If you repeat it a few times, step through it frame by frame........you realise it's not gonna happen.
Great show. These guys don't mess around. 1st Josh Smith and now Oz Noy! Guitar TV Heaven :-)
Really great interview. Love that guitar too.
Loved how the same guitar sounded different with each player. Love OzNoy!! great episode. And of course a big fan of you, Pete and Tim.
I don't know the world of session musicians, but I can safely say I spend far too much time on RUclips and Pete and Tim are the gold standard of players on the internet. It's like Batman teamed up with Superman. Thanks for all your knowledge, guys. And great guest!
Don't overthink it Pete and Tim. You guys are making great improvements and the format really works. Personally, I learn a lot from 3 guys talking about guitars and music. I'd rather have the laid back feel and authenticity.
Three of my heroes!
Highlight of the week...Love it
WOW. Thank you so much
Cant get enough of Oz Noy guitar work tasteful funky jazz blues....Get the funk outta here !
Good work guys love it
Man, that second chord bend by the 8th fret blows my mind! And may I say, Pete is my new guitar god.
The absolute highlight was Pete's Scala being played by three incredible guitarists! Very cool.
I caught Oz in Nashville at 3rd and Lindsley. A GREAT show! When can we see you there, Pete?!
So cool, another great show guys. Hey Pete, Get the Led Out! : )
You guys are great. I found this really compelling. Never heard of Oz before. How did I miss him?
Absolutely 110% great show; thanks so much : -)
Just wow guys, amazing stuff, Oz is a superb player, wish you guys would've jammed a bit more but just listening to you shoot the breeze is great as well.

loved it!
Very cool and entertaining...!!
great! thank you guys! :-)
Awesome!!!
Another great episode gentlemen! I really enjoy Oz Noy's music. I think he's one of the most distinctive & unique players around at the moment. Love the way he uses effects to punctuate/twist phrases & even single notes. He always plays really cool versions of standards too. Thanks very much for posting...this is so cool!
Love what you guys are doing. Especially the ge...oh, wait...ALL of it is great!!! haha
b y far the best episode. Keep up the great work.
Awesome stuff. Loving these. Would love to see Herring sit down with you guys.
That LP sounds crazy awesome in every video I've heard you play it in.
Wicked stuff
Twenty five minutes is usually pretty long but this, flew by! I love it, on 12's, "It doesn't
feel that good"! Nice little pad Tim! ! WOW!
More gain. lol. That was fun. All 3 have taught me things about playing guitar online. It's awesome that you 3 share you knowledge with others. It's much appreciated.
+autocrow thanks!!
I can imagine Wayne Krantz or mike stern next, thanks for having Pete & Tim! You guys are amazing! Keep the "Pete & Tim guitar show" Can't wait for the next! Entertaining and informative at the same time. More power to you both!
Tim's little cubby is like a Mad Scientists lab :) :)
Great idea for a show too. Cheers Pete.
Oz has been one of my favorite guys for some time, love love that guy
Awesome stuff guys. Love from Bangladesh
Pete your comment that Oz has an "insane pocket" is spot on. Great show Tim and Pete.
+Bill Bolander he really does! thanks
Great show guys! I can't get enough of these. I hope you can get JD Simo soon - he comes to LA in March.
love, love this show guys. i would love to see you guys get Laur Joamets on here !
The best players. Love it Keep going.:)
I am really enjoying these episodes, a fantastic format and apex talents. I wasn't expecting to see ep3 so soon, pleasant surprise. I'd love to see the Guitars that mean the most to you aside from endorsement obligations Tim and Pete. Eternally grateful for every release on both of your channels. Thank you from Australia..
Hi Michael, actually I think we've shown a few of the guitars, for example the Scala LP in this vid I bought and love very much, it's very much a one-off hand made instrument, and Tim showed us his 69 LP Custom in the 1st episode and I had my 64 Strat.. And Josh showed us his custom made Tele in episode 2 etc- these are all special guitars, no endorsements necessary! Oz has his main touring Strat in this vid, I believe it's a 68 custom shop model
+Pete Thorn Yes, your right! I guess I'm exposed as a glutton :-P . The Scala is amazing, I would love to own one. I would never have known about Chapin Guitars if it weren't for ep2. And I do love the Suhr Guitars, Amps and Endorsees, and I'm very looking forward to ep4 and your coming reviews. Thanks so much :-)
+Pete Thorn I"m totally enamoured with the tone of your Scala LP. It sounds so close to Jimmy Page's tone it's ridiculous! Did Scala wind the humbuckers? Any idea's of the values on the pot's & cap(s)?
This is awesome !! Oz is da man ! What an excellent episode..... you guys are rockin my world with this show. Ya'll need to cut a cover in every episode with your guest, then put out a CD of them called "Pierce my Thorn". hahaha LOVE this show !!
+Mike Reynolds :)
Great show, guys. Two of my favourite guitarists! I've stolen so many licks!
Great conversations and gear talk but .... something inside me is craving to hear y'all play them guitars.
Great show! Regarding the tone control for a Strat bridge pickup not working very well, try a smaller tone cap. The typical value of .022 is way too big - tends to turn to mud when you roll down. Installing a much smaller value (like .0047 or even .0022) allows you to keep all the mids intact and only rolls off the top end.... I love what it does to the neck pickup too...
GREAT!!!!!
Best show on YT.
Good show guys. Really enjoyable. Unpretentious and the love of guitar geekery and music really comes through.
Thanks! We are truly geeks!
Really enjoyed listening to them try out the Scala 👍🏻
BTW... suggestions for future guests would be:
1) Scott Henderson
2) Guthrie Govan
3) Bill Frisell
4) Vinnie Colauita (*it would be fab to have a drummer talk about the various guitarists that he's played with... and what he grooves on in regard to amp tone/harmonic sensibility/etc...)
5) Gary Willis (*it would be fab to have a bass player talk about the various guitarists that he's played with... and what he grooves on in regard to amp tone/harmonic sensibility/song writing/etc...
Ok Pete, you three are the secret tone, player, masters that more need to know about.. so good.. I may move to LA just to absorb your vibe.. no stalking intended.. just, wow
Oz is so good. The "Twisted Blues" albums basically burned down my approach to contemporary blues playing and forced me to reimagine what I want to do with the instrument.
Hey Tim, I just read the new Reverb article with Eddie Kramer and he mentioned you
as his guy, to bring in to record! WOW!
