Someone messed up the editing process of this video...the second part of the video is a duplicate of the first part of this video...😂😎

Someone said editing was messed up... I say getting double the KStarr + Rich talk volume is a feature, not a bug 💪🏼

You should ask mayhem to tell people to come over and watch this video. It is GREAT.

Great vid! Sometime in the future, near or far, could either of you please expand on how your mobility/recovery/programming/volume/insert appropriately sexy word has changed as you get older. CrossFit is not new now so there are few clients/athletes/participants that are getting older and balder. Giving them some reference markers on what’s normal and not normal would be properly brilliant!

Rich runs off fumes! In his documentary, one of the guys was shadowing him and swore he never stopped to refuel (eat). He said that clearly sets Rich apart from the crowd. Sounds like later in his career he did start to invest in his nutrition. Very cool interview!

This is the stuff no one points to. As someone who didn't have very good movement (in retrospect) causing myself some serious elbow problems I wish I had paid more attention to it instead of losing a year of serious training fixing and rehabbing.

I COMPLETELY forgot rich would warm up with 100 air squats. He mentioned that in an HQ video from way back in the day. It’s funny how the really impactful yet boring stuff just goes in one ear and out the other 🤦🏽‍♂️
