What I like is this Tutorial is that it is about Capacitors and resistors something I can easily understand and relate I will give it a try looks like a great project to start with.
Thank you for a great tutorial hard to find simple detailed examples from start to finish I often get lost and discouraged not this time you made it easy to understand for a newbe like me
That's awesome! I was just looking to buy a power filter and I am interested in your diy projects but some of them look intimidating but this is something to get my feet wet. Thanks Gab!
@@BostonMike68 Start by building a Protodac by Mark so easy and gets you learning for 100$ then use The Iancanada/TD1 dac once you are happy and more comfortable.
Nice tutorial. When using any parts supplier, I generally us the search 🔍 function. It can save you a lot of scrolling :D Also you can type in the search bar "1 Ohm 2 Watt resistor". That usually also work. Anyway, thanks for taking the time to make this video for people who need it! Nicely detailed. Edit, the better way for the pads, Is if you go to the details, fill in the numbers.
This is cool I started following your tutorial and so far so good hoping to have it designed by the end of the evening great project to ease into designing your own projects
You are correct. I had to redo the holes, the first batch of holes were not perfect so I did change them I will trim the video to remove that part and avoid confusion. Thank you
@Gabster1 Thank you! I know I have a bad memory but I was sitting there thinking, I could've sworn I just saw him do this a few minutes ago. I thought I was going nuts. ;-) Btw, I pointed my mechanical engineer son to this video. He does a lot of CAD work & I told him that he may have to design & build a PCB someday & if he does, this video would give him a great headstart. Thanks for doing this.

That was the main Idea, is not to scare a lot of people. Often the projects are too complex and intimidating.

Thanks Dustin I was thinking the same watching it. I guess I thought 1 Ohm would be very close.

Thanks Roger
I'm confused. Did I miss something or did you actually repeat adding the holes and forget to edit out the first attempt?
