Useless, It was already a "Paired Accessory"
How do you pair it ?
I have menu item "Pair an Accessory" then it shows a screen telling you to hold down center button on the remote " hold for pairing"
Nothing happens...
Which versions of sheild does this work for ?

I really need help. I got a 2017 Nvidia used With out the factory Remote. It came with a Rii remote with key bord on the back & its driving me crazy. I'm using the game controller instead. I want to get the new Nvidia remote . Can that be done ?

As soon as you power up shield it should see the new remote. Just put it in pair mode

You need to do the remote update when it pops up

You have to go in to device preferences and change it from there. Put on ir mode
