Muv-Luv - Safe To Shore [Anime Crossroads 2020 Finalist]

Hey guys! Finally got around to working on a new video. I've been really busy with college so this video came a bit late. I recently completed a visual novel series called "Muv-Luv" and it instantly became one of my favorite forms of media of all time. I had high hopes for this series considering it's the top rated visual novel of all time but even then it surpassed my expectations. So as tradition goes if I like something so much of course I needed to make a AMV for it. Hope you guys enjoy this! ^^
And if you're interested in these visual novels I'd highly recommend them. You have to play through the first one called "Muv-Luv" in order to play "Muv-Luv Alternative" where it gets extremely good. If you've played anything like Trails, Steins;Gate, Chaos;Child or Utawarerumono it follows the same path of starting off slow to build things up.

RUclips blessed me with a useful recommendation for once.
Not gonna lie, the melodic parts juxtaposed with the action battle scenes do feel a bit goofy at first, but the character moments with the duet hit real hard, immersing you and making that juxtaposition stand out less.
An aquired taste of a combination for me, but in the end it works surprisingly well.

Thanks for watching and yeah the anime is actually a spin off but I think I'll give it a watch one of these days. A new anime is suppose to be coming out for the original VN [which is the one in this video]
