Hey guys! This is a fairly detailed video for newcomers on how to wire up your first FPV drone. I hope I was thorough enough but not too thorough in a way that would be confusing for new drone builders!

Also, I accidentally recorded the whole thing in 1080p instead of 4K my bad.
You forgot to mention that on the driektly power-In-Battery pad on the FC you need to solder also an Kapacitor to avoid Voltage slickes which can leed to frieng you FC

My Caddx Vista has sbus. Should I wire that too? As I understood it’s only for DJI Remote control, right? But I have a tbs Tango 2 😕
What about the inverted Sbus Signal from Frsky ? Do this F405 in-inverted it ?

Can I use 800mw from the 9v? The mamba instructions says the inbuilt bec is good for less than 800mw but 800mw draws 380ma and the 9v pads output up to 2a
I’ve done it on my 7 inch. Got my VTX that goes up to 800mw soldered to the 9v pad.
Can a mamba H7 connect to. Frsky receiver?

Hi! Isn’t the RX6 used between ESC and FC? Can I use the uart 6 then?
Yea I mention it depends on the specific flight controller. Some times rx6 is used for Blheli 32 esc telemetry. I use it all the time on this flight controller I showcase in the video. Unless you have blheli 32 escs then you don’t have to worry.

so i lost my drone cuz i flew too far away and didint have gps so now im putting one on will this have any issues with this controler
Yea shouldn’t be a problem as long as you got an open UART
@@supafpv1759 i had the smart audio set up on uart 1 which was used before for sbus for the xm+ but i got tracer so i pput it on uart 3 and i had uart 6 but the RX6 is used in the connector to the esc so can i use uart 6 for gps?
@@OLEHFPV do you have blheli 32 ESCs? If so then no.
hey where do you solder an ibus connections with flysky....is it uart 6 or uart 3
Any open UART should do perfectly fine

@@garplin yea general rule is as long as it’s an open uart and you have serial rx turned on in beta flight you’re good to go

I have a short question:
I am thinking about getting a tbs unify pro32 HV, but for OSD power selection it requires smartaudio 2.1 and while I know only betaflight 4.1 is capable of that version, I am not sure wether the f405 m2 is compatible with it.
I couldnt find this specific information anywhere. Maybe, by chance, you could tell for sure?
Any information on this would be highly appreciated :)
Yessir you should be able to do tbs smart audio 2.1. That’s not limited by these boards

If we have a transmitter that supports smartaudio, do we have to connect it to the board?
A video transmitter? Yea if you have one you should connect it but it’s not 100% necessary for it to function as a vtx

i'm kinda guessing...
I’ve thought of that before to be 100% honest with you, but it’s like significantly thick and chunky. I know the new mamba stacks like the super new ones they’re shipping out starting like two weeks ago come with a nice thin noise reduction sheet and it looks nothing like this. I’m sure you could use this to do the same thing tho lol
How to connect ibus?
Same way you’d connect to frsky or tracer but with ibus wirings
