I have a few friends stuck on opioids & they’re born again Christians. Began with shoulder pain & one back pain. They look just like this...very thin & drunk, but they’re not drunk. It’s them on pain meds. Makes me wonder since he looks so thin if he’ll battling an addiction. Instead of us judging, maybe pray for him. So many stuck on opioids today. Hard to get off of. Maybe he was devastated by his divorce, bcz he & his wife had new twins together who almost died. God is definitely working in his heart. I hope the Lord heals whatever it is that he’s dealing with if he is drinking or on drugs. He’s such a great actor. My fav movie of his is “Frequency.”

Floored by Dennis Quaid's brilliant, raw performance. He looks so different I didn't recognize him at first in this film about redemption and forgiveness.
many times I feel Guilt from my past. Wondering if I can be forgiven. Mercyme (Barts speaches) have helped me realize I am a child of God. I'm not a divorced parent, but I am a Child of God. The Cross is enough! Thank you All involved in making this movie. I think it's going to be bigger than what we all realize. Pray for this movie to touch hearts.
One very wise man of God told me once that we have Already been Forgiven - this happened 2000 years ago on the Cross - it's up to us now to acknowledge and accept this gift of forgiveness, and walk with Christ on the Cross and be raised with Him in his Resurrection. So, there is no question we have been forgiven - the gift of forgiveness has been given - it's just up to us to accept it and live it in the grace of God from now on - live our life with Christ as our friend, our brother, our mother, our father, our God.
Jesus is not a feminine 'Deity' though so how can be be a mother you said ? ..

What an awesome movie, Dennis played his part so well, it was hard to tell if he was acting, and that's what touched me. I've always liked Dennis Quaid... I'm sure I own all his movies.... yes! A big collection..lol But, this movie touched me so hard, I took friends to see it, went three times... I felt the Lord was telling me to take them because they needed to see what a journey takes to forgiveness... I believe this movie came at the right time, the world needed it.
Dennis is playing the part. Can’t wait to see the movie. Only God can truly change a person. Shalom

The song is about seeing Jesus in Heaven - it 'isn't about Bart seeing his Dad in Heaven. I hope Dennis Quaid is saived. I have always liked his movies - but you can tell he has been down a long hard road. He looks rough beyond his years, but he's still a good actor - and he did an awesome job in the movie. Very believable.
