I've been dealing with the worst hay fever of my life for a good month now. Sneezing, itchy eyes, im congested like no tomorrow, non stop sinus headache and tension headaches on top of it. I've had to call off work a few times because I was just so out of it and couldn't do my job normally. Humidifiers are ur best friend, cool most and sir purifiers help along with allergy meds. Essential oil diffusers help a lot too. Lots of oil recipes on Pinterest. Hope u all feel better soon!
Where are you located ? Please... I'm suffering of the worse Hay fever ever here in Melbourne, Australia 🇦🇺 and heaps of people around me suffering of the worse Hay Fever ever they all said 🤧
@@oneonlynonowife in Melbourne, we never knew about this hay fever before.. and yeah, i’m so worry, she sometimes can’t function normally.. purchased Sudafed from chemist, besides that her GP only gave cream for the itchy skin.. hence i’m here researching how to help her cure this 😢
maybe you can try using sponge nasal plugs if you don’t want to have surgery or take medicine, my dad and me cured by using sponge nasal plugs, that's amazing!
Sorry - that’s particularly hard. Thanks for your service though - sounds like an amazing business and if I hadn’t been a doctor that’s what I’d have loved to do - run my own lawn business
Great tip, except that the owner of the appartement building makes his own schedule for cutting grass. And the grass was freshly cut yesterday. I only slept four or five hours last night because of the allergy symptoms. Today is kingsday, so stores close early, so I can't buy nasal spray.
I don’t know if i have haye fever cuz i usually have these symptoms in winter almost every 10 days which lasts about 2 to 3 days of extreme sneezing and runny nose. I have tried alot of medicines but i think i kinda accepted it & live my life with it😢
It's unfortunate when doctors overlook natural remedies like herbal teas. I've personally found relief by drinking peppermint tea three times a day - morning, noon, and night.
its probably just due to cold weather. some people develop allergy-like symptoms during winter. in this case, meds alone have little help. try turning on heaters to stay warm during winter.
I see halos around head lights at night and everything is 250% brighter than it should be in the day. I stopped using eye drops (“may cause light sensitivity and cornea detachment”). That’s still persistent since last July/early August. My eyes are always swelling and watering, throat is sore, jaw and neck hurt, feels like cuts on my upper eyeball and/or like there is a grain of sand rolling around under my eyelid. It’s been horrid. I do all of these tricks (staying indoors with everything closed up really stinks). I also put cold canned beverages against my closed eyes, I use one of those breathing treatment devices (Vicks)…it’s been rough driving around for work at all times, day and night. As soon as I take a shower and change my clothes, I’m usually good until the next work day. Starting this winter, I’ll be getting the shots. I don’t think I could survive another year like this one.
I had this severe symtoms of hay fever for a long time now. Its ussually attacks me in the middle of the night and in the morning when i woke up, sneezing for about 3 to 6 times and then runny nose, watery eyes. Anti histamine tablet is my maintenace tablet i take 1 tablet everynight, but it didnt help me, and sometimes it attacks during the day when i am at work.
I suggest you take vitamin C along with antihistamines. Once the body gets used to antihistamine tablets, it will eventual; ly stop having effects on you, so the best way is to increase the period between taking antihistamines. For example, if you are taking once every day, try doing it once in 2 days, then 3 days. This way you can prolong your relapse period. I agree you will allergy attack, but you need to go through that. but anyway don't forget to take Vitamin C tablets once a day every single day and wear a mask as much as possible if possible indulge in aerobic activities like running Do this for 30 days and see if it has any effect on you.. My main goal was to remove dependency on antihistamines coz, they are not good for the body. I am not a doc myself, but I am saying from experience
Hay fever is the sole reason I despise summer. Who does my body think it is to just stop the use of half my breathing functions for 4 months of the year??
I have such bad hay fever my entire body broke out in a prickly rash I’ve never had it this bad before this is a new symptom for me had me worried my doctor had advised me that it was just severe hay fever I didn’t even know a body rash was possible from it😕
has anyone dealt with facial flushing? I just been told im allergic to trees and grass live in western nc. I have been having congestion puffy ness but the facial flushing is weird.
hi if anyone reads it please answer. i only feel stuffed nose in the night most of the time midnight or early morning after that i can spend whole day without any problem. can someone please let me know what i can do to resolve the issue Thanks
Hi! It sounds like you're dealing with night time nasal congestion. Herbal teas can be a comforting solution to help ease your symptoms. Consider trying peppermint, chamomile, ginger, or eucalyptus tea before bedtime to clear your nasal passages and promote better sleep. Remember to also try a humidifier, nasal saline spray, and keeping your head elevated while sleeping. If your symptoms persist, it might be a good idea to consult with a healthcare professional for further advice. Wishing you restful nights ahead!

It depends on what you are allergic to. Maybe it's not hay fever. Maybe it's pets or perfumes or something else.
