Was it a manufacture defect or did you adjust the pressure ?

Could you tell me if the cable is detachable for this machine, I don't want to use an adapter and would like to replace with a UK one.

This might be absolutely rubbish what I’m chatting. But if the coffee is ground too fine on my delonghi dedica (I know not even in the same ball park/ area code) the machine will stop water flow because the pressure gets too high.

Nothing wrong, you are just backflushing with blind basket. So what?
What is the point of this video?
He set the max pressure to 9ish bars. The blank basket is used to adjust it
