Ryan’s attack is better than made out to be I wholeheartedly believe Ryan’s attack was worse simply because he got caught up in the moment allot of things you see when fighters are stressed is they either shell up or they get over aggressive trying to prove that they aren’t scared and trying to prove to themselves that they’re the bigger man too truth is Ryan had bad coaches and a bad mentality and he’s stepping up his game and personal circle can’t wait to see what he does in the future

Very easy fight Haney would make this, the ONLY thing Ryan has over him is power but any other category Devin's IQ is so much higher.

Nah, sure he's the underdog & could pull it off. But Haney has shown how it's done in the pro ranks not just by collecting belts but proving himself at various levels & moving up in weight. Garcia sadly for him hasn't lived up to the hype, he was tryna build a legacy on his image/social media follower & 'I'll fight anyone' for the big money, Mayweather got a hold of him & seems to have told him to go down the strategic route on the hunt for titles whilst rebuilding your record. Probably smarter to do cause Ryan don't beat Haney right now, in the future with confidence it's closer.
How has he not lived up to the hype? 😂 he lost to one guy and that guy is arguably the best boxer in the division. Yall be switching up on fighters off of one loss.
@@itstroy4145 Nope. Most people like myself said that way before the Tank fight. Nothing about Garcia fills you with confidence that he can be a great at the very very top against the best. You've got to look at hype from how he's been perceived cause of socials & amateur background/massive De Le Hoya promotion , by that standard he hasn't lived up to it. Naturally bigger than Tank who himself hasn't fought great opponents, yet he KO'd Garcia
@@d.b.cooper1 the problem with people like you, is that if a fighter hasn’t fought your favorite fighter then they haven’t fought any “good fighters” because if you actually watched more than your favorite fighter you’d know that both Ryan and tank have fought very respectable opponents.
@@itstroy4145 Thankfulyl I don't even have a fave fighter generally especially not in that division. Heck I'm not even American, it's mostly just you guys who are fans of individual boxers based on race and stan them like fangirls. I don't think we can say any of them have fought great opponents given both their inactivity & generally both have been protected by promoters till they fought each other. I said the same about Haney till he fought Loma & then Prograis where he at least proved himself, yet to see Tank or Ryan operate at that level instead they just stay active

The fact that you said “especially not in that division” proves my point that you don’t even pay attention enough to that division to even know who great fighters are 😂 you just like the Inoue haters. Just because you don’t pay attention to a division, does not mean that there aren’t great fighters. There are Elite fighters and then there are great fighters, then good, then bad.
Ryan and Haney both fight the same amount last year 😂 Ryan hasn’t been inactive. Tank is the only one who hasn’t fought in a year and that’s because of legal troubles. You are just straight disrespecting their opponents at this point. Simply just say you don’t watch the sport enough to know that their most recent opponents are great boxers, they just aren’t elite. Now, Ryan’s last opponent, duerte, i wouldn’t consider a great boxer, he’s aight but he ain beating most of tank, Devin, nor Ryan’s previous opponents.

Devin has become the full package. Athleticism, intelligence, speed, you name it he has it! His power too is evident at 140 now that he no longer drains himself to make weight. He will beat Ryan however he chooses.

He hasn’t really shown that power though. He went against a defenseless Regis who was consistently getting hit. Taking that many punches will have you hurt. Regis basically took damage over time.

I favor Haney, but this fight is way closer than people are giving it credit. This tank fight really has people so lost on what Ryan is actually capable of. When ryan uses his distance well, behind his jab & fights smart he’s one of the best at 135-140 rn. Stupid accurate and fast, Haney has been hurt before and they’re 3-3 against each other. Ryan won more of the recent fights while haney won the earlier fights. Ryan knows Haney very well, and how he fights. All it takes is 1, Ryan one of the most devastating punchers beside tank in that division.
You explained this very well. I say if it does to decision, Haney takes it but if Ryan catches him, which I believe he will given with Ryan’s ability to touch people with his counters as well as his aggression, he’s KOing Haney.
@@itstroy4145 yeah 100% could go either way, the recency bias from the tank fight just ruined their image of ryan. He’s one of the best in the division at cutting the ring off, has the ability to end the fight to the head & body, can go the distance and still be fresh, crazy accurate and some of the fastest hands in the sport. So many things tellin us this is a 50/50 fight, don’t know how anyone thinks this is one sided
