The New Flux V1 is a completely new wing from Ozone. The overall design, materials, and now hard handles are all new for this model. Right away I can notice a lot more speed with this wing then over other wings. The Handles have a nice ergonomic feel to them for long sessions with no fatigue.
I feel hard handles are the future for wings because it provides a lot more control over the wing during transitions and just overall more control over the wing. Luffing the Flux out while riding waves is an incredible experience, it will just float behind you with none of the unwanted swinging back and forth that some wings do. A new favorite wing for 2023!

Thanks for the review. How do you compare it to the XPS? Especially regarding durability and low end?

Hello from Kite Paddle Surf. I think the XPS has better low end per size (but the sizes do not match up). We will be releasing another review comparing the Flux V1 and XPS. The XPS has more canopy tension. Both have great build quality but Ozone is simply better built at a better factory (Ozone owns their factory in Vietnam). - DJ
