I seriously love your channel. No one else has one like it. Use what ya have. Build things, tinker around yard. Just love it. I watch every video you post. Can’t wait to see the trailer finished. Be blessed.
Doing a fine job Chad I thought it was a little flimsy but after all you got done and don't look flimsy at all it's going to be one heck of a trailer till next time I'll be watching
Chad, that trailer is sure enough looking great! It will be much better built when you're through than it was when new! You must be using a hell of a lot of welding wire and gas for this project!
I LOVE work...I can watch it all day! And, the mellow music helps.
Love the content . This is the best channel on RUclips. I would love to see a 2-hour video. Would definitely watch that
I'm not into overly drawn out videos but preshate it! 👍
@@ThisNThatGarage get an evolution steel cutter.. fast, clean, no heat.. ausie. bought one 3 yrs ago, love it..
@@ThisNThatGarage id leave as many braces in as possible, specially over, along, the axles.. there for a reason.. twist..
Would also love to see the firebird back on the street/ strip 😊
Hey man are you watch the video you do excellent work on a trailer looking nice I seen seven commercials that came up and you doing great man your channel is going to grow you're doing a great job I'm learning a lot from you just keep on keeping on man God bless you and God keep you
Good job, Chad!!!! It's really starting to take shape. And when it's all painted with the wood on, it's gonna look very sharp. You are going to have a very nice trailer, my friend. 😊
Nice job sir Nice show cool Garage 😃👏👏👏👍👍👍👍
Put a gable fan in with a thermostat and an override switch. I did this to my shop and it sucks the heat out of the top and the switch lets me turn it on to vent my shop out. Just an idea it works for me. Love the channel keep the videos coming.
"Trailer for sale or rent,
Room to let 50 cents!!".
Well done Mr
lookup the corsi-rosenthal cube; just four (or five) 20x20 hvac filters taped into a cube, and then taped to a box fan. I have one I built for in my shop out of 2x2 lumber, and it keeps the air particulate counts very low even when cutting wood or running the angle grinder.
A lot of work. Great video. Great job
Hey hey y'all! Hope everyone is well! Mr Chad it'll get finished when it gets finished my friend. You can't rush perfection, especially when you have your & other's lives in your hands when you put it on the road. I know you've seen it as well, some trailers that some jack leg has cobbled together that you wouldn't wanna be seen with! Let alone put behind your vehicle with anything loaded on it! Anywho, thanks for another great video and, til next week, God bless! ~ Scott 💙🙏🏼
Awe yah..i found it ! Another goodin!!
You are one hard working man Chad . You set your mind to a task and see it through and move on , no matter what MLS does . Thank you for having us along on this build . God Bless you and yours , Keep the faith , Stuart in Canada ..
Excellent build buddy . That’ll be a nice trailer for all your new projects! Keep up the good work …
Great job! Getting closer to the finished work. The trailer is going to be epic! Thanks for sharing 👍 😊
That was a lot of work. Good job
That should be a nice trailer.
Dude is a stud with his work ethic. Flinging around axles and what not. Editing is spot on too. Excellent channel.
That's gonna be one fine trailer for doing anything you want, nicely done
That's a very smart thing to do reinforcing those Spring brackets a lot of RVers have had to replace those after they broke.😮
Watching you do all that work knelt down on the concrete made my knees hurt and im only 36! Please get you a rollie chair. I use one at work and it helps my knees so much. I call it my old man chair.
Nevermind. I commented too early. You do have an old man chair. Hahaha
Great job. Awesome Video.
Hey Mr Chad, really enjoying your trailer rebuild. It's going to be a very nice one when you get done!
Congrats on getting started and on the progress . It’s definitely gonna be quite the hauler.
Thats going to be quite the trailer, well done. Thanks for bringing us along!
Great job Chad 🤙 no fooling around with you just get busy ! Love your channel yes sir 🤙🤙🤙🤙
Trailer is coming on nice man, she'll be a strong one. See you next time and we'll see if you finish it up and get you some cool air set up. 👍
Hey Chad, love the channel! Great content. So my hubby and I put an attic fan in the wall of our shop to suck out smoke and exhaust fumes. Not the prettiest thing in the world but it's not terribly pricey and it really works! Great job on the trailer, keep up the good work brother!!
Awesome build to this point, thank you for sharing. See you on the next one
Awesome job young man keep on keeping on 💪😊your never to old to have some mucho fun
Neat video of how you are tackling this. Getting pretty good at these videos in general, keep up the good work! 🙂
Your hard work is quite exceptional. Thanks for sharing and taking us along.
Hello Chad. The building at the repair facility where I retired from was a huge Armco steel building which had a huge fan motor mounted on each end of the building for fume extraction with the extra large sized stovepipe which had branches for each bay of the building which had the flexi hoses for placement over exhaust stacks, Etc. This system was divided into two sections for each of the fan motors that I mentioned before. The welding area had a steel canopy mounted above a very heavy welding table. The main downside of the fume exhaust system was that during the winter months that it would pretty much remove every bit of heat and during the spring and summer months, The birds wanted to nest within the pipe until a contractor screened both of the intakes off. Just be careful not to get asphyxiation because it will creep up on you very quickly.
Great channel can't wait for your next vidos
That’s a big big job Chad. More power to you.
I love watching your channel wish you would have a show every day keep up the great job
You the best friend a guy could ever have new lift and a new trailer 😅😂.
It will be a nice trailer 👍👍
Wow oh my goodness I am so impressed inhuman and how you perform and do things and create so many nice things keep on working brother you are one of truly great RUclipsrs keep it up bro
Looking good!!! The trailer is going to be both handy and dandy.
To help with dust and smoke, you can get some cheap 20 inch box fans and get some 20x20 furnace filters and tape them to the back all around the edges. It works great, and it's easy to replace filters.
great progress she will be a fine tool in the inventory
Coming along very nice 👍👍☺️
Look forward to each and every video Chad, keep up the good work!
Good video I really enjoyed it thanks Chad
Great job Chad,we really enjoyed it, we had a MLS happen to us July 5 th Sandy fell and broke her left hip she had a hip replacement, just got home today ,we love your channel Larry and Sandy!!!
That's terrible!
No way I could think of swinging that sledge like that. 60 y 126#. To add a little. I'd get it done, I'd just have to get under there with the plasma cutter on the bottom side. The way smaller guys do it.🤣😂
The only channel I look forward to watching now days. Dewalt makes the big grinders in a smaller version that do a great job, we use them at work alot lighter and can get in tighter spots.
Love the video! Can't wait to see the finished product! That was a lot of welding
Excellent video sir.
Big Fella keep doing what you're doing. F the haters!!!! Look forward to Weds night videos and 2nd chan. as well. Big thanks from NJ for providing us with an hour to laugh and sometimes learn what not to do. LOL
That's gonna one heck of a trailer! Lookin good! My dad has a trailer that was a 2 ton flatbed with 3 mobile home axles under it. My grandpa had it made before I was born, and it still hauls! If it could talk, it would have some stories to tell!
Keep at it Chad looking good
Looking good !
It's great ur in my area. Get tired of just cars. Keep it up.
That’s going to be nice once you’re finished.
Love the trailer
Chad you make me laugh every time I watch your video I am watching all of your old videos starting with your first video keep it up
Definitely more Fabbin than most of the so-called Fab Channels. I don't hate them, just like this a bit more because of all the learning i get to do. Looks pretty good!
Never have I ever thought that I’d watch or even love watching a trailer being reborn… I’ll be dunked if this isn’t a great video series. Touche’,Prof, well done✊🏾❤️
@@abrdds - Well said and I'm really enjoying this build also!! When he's finished, it is going to be one fine looking trailer!!! I can't wait until next week already, and Sleeperdude hasn't even posted his video yet!!!!
You know what young man, you got a lot positive messages,on how your Chanel is very good,I been following you seance the start, yes there right, your doing a real good and hard working job, the best part,no hate and drama, and I will follow you for as long as I can, keep up the good work,my dad always good hard

Excellent video Chad :) also like trailer to you fixing up and so cool too!
AAA+ CHANEL IS GREAT....KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK AND THANKS
Hi My Dear Friend Very Very Great Job ❤❤❤❤❤
Now how on earth can that shackle be FROZEN UP IN THIS HEAT!!?? 😮😂😂
No offense but I'm guessing you have never had to go to the junkyard in the rust belt to pull rear leaf springs and rear axles, and i had to repair two of the truck i owned before getting rid of them the same way and almost every rear spring i the front up behind the cab was rusted seized up in the shackles
@@richardbates2367 i was making a joke that us country boys say sometimes,,, how could it be FROZEN ( as in cold as ice frozen) in this kind of hot weather we have!! I knew what he MEANT,, HE MEANT FROZEN UP AS IN "STUCK" THAT WAS JUST "COUNTRY" HUMOR,,, CITY PEOPLE DON'T UNDERSTAND.. 😮
@@richardbates2367 it's "country" humor,,, like,,, the other day i threw some gas on a WASP,, HE FLEW OUT ABOUT TEN FEET AND FELL TO THE GROUND!!!! YOU KNOW WHAT HAPPENED??? HE RAN OUTTA GAS!! SOUTHERN COUNTRY HUMOR!! Chad is in my area ( not going to say where) and he's a good ole " COUNTRY BOY/MAN" LIKE ME,, HE MOST LIKELY KNEW HOW I MEANT THAT!! 😎
Looking good for and car trailer and can't wait for the next video
I'm impressed with this build. ❤ The channel 😊
Way to go! Chad! Keep up the great content! Thanks for sharing!
That's why I wear a mask when I am cutting metal
When I saw that filter, I thought of the lungs. I worked in woodworking shops most of my life and very rarely wore a mask. Seeing the filter is a good indicator of why masks are a good thing.
Thanks for another , Brother !
Craig, You are an absolute blessing to me! Sincere, genuine, humble, God fearing, and downright incredibly hard working!
Chad?!?
@@MrSebesta - His name is Chad. That's ok. When I first started to watch him, I couldn't even remember his name!
@anthonymessina2834 Sorry to everyone! I know that his name is Chad. I took two extra bong hits while watching, busted open the chili cheese frito, then the doritos so my fingers were gooey annnd I was baked! No, but for real, I knew his name, but I brain farted! Sorry!
@madmex2k see below. Yeah I had a brain freeze, sorry!
FABRICATION...Gotta Love It.
Chad awesome love everything you do thanks
Looks good 👍
Dang them sum big mouse’s by tha pool!🤭 Blessings from Texas
You got to put some exhaust fans up high get that heat out of there and smoke.
Nice work chad ,you have a lot of energy that’s for sure….
i'm looking forward to watching this, but being truthful, I'm just not in the mood to watch anything right now, so I'll save this for when I'm in a better mood. Also, I have yet to watch the video on the other channel about the swimming pool. Going to try to go to sleep now, but looking forward to watching the videos I haven't seen yet tomorrow or Friday.
Seriously need a extractor fan . Or a vacuumed out side with a pool vacuum hose to move around with you and remove the fumes. I'm thankful for my lung transplant but it's not as fun as it might sound
An exhaust fan it the loft could help get some of the smoke out. See you later on the next one.
Nice build out. It's awesome saves another item from going to the scrap yard.
Oh yeah I agree with someone on here put an exhaust fan up in the gable end to help clear out smoke exhaust..pexz
Funny thing about building a shop. You start out building a new shop because you need more room for activities then next thing you know its full of activities and other crap not really related to any activity you're working on. Thats about the time you wish you had a bigger shop and you will wish you had a bigger shop within 6 months of building the new one. The real questions are where did this crap come from and how did I get by for so long without the new shop? I enjoy the channel Chad. Keep up the good work. Some of my favorite projects I've worked on were ones were I limited myself to use what I had on hand.
I sure could use those rockers that in between the leaf springs and boat to the trailer frame
Great video as always.
Hey Chad not sure how far along you are cuz I'm chiming in the middle of the video. You might want wire up your brakes B4 you get everything finished on the axles, be a lot easier wire up things when you have room. Just an idea! Keep on keeping on brother! God Bless
Great video , see ya next week
Have you checked out Whole House Fans? You put them in your attic so you draw the heat though the entire house/building and you will be surprised by how much cooler it becomes.
Air conditioning works better!
Grew up with one but that's not how they work. It's meant for opening the windows and pulling outside air in thru the house.
@@ThisNThatGarage yes! They used it and brought in night air closed everything mid morning, and reopen as needed. It would help with your smoke and just running the air for short periods. Just worried about your lungs, want you to be happy and healthy 😊!!
Great content, enjoyed the fabrication. You need to install an exhaust fan up high to eliminate the smoke issue . Cool air settles low so you won’t loose that much cooling ? Anytime you are cutting or grinding inside you need a respirator . the composite in the discs are harmful. Last but not least ditch that chop saw look into an Evolution cut off saw they start at 379$ on scamazon it will run circles around that abrasive saw!! Keep the content coming!!
Well, letttttttssssss gooooooo!
We have an exhaust fan at work in the warehouse with louvers that close when it's not blowing. it might be Good for your shop spring and Fall and heavy smoke
Flat bed semi trailers also have a crown to them as usual great video
You should really try to get a sponsor for a good band saw
I've learned it's faster to build new than tear down something to a minimum and buy new material to replace the old stuff. It"s great to have 3 axles though! I buy them on marketplace all the time and keep a few handy. Axles are expensive!. If I had to demo the front fifth wheel section I'd just make a bumper pull with the excess steel. It looked promising by the blackberry bush at 40'.
When I had my 30 x 40 shop built I bought a 2ft exhaust fan with louvers, had it mounted center up in the gable, several times it gets smokey and it clears it out in about 5 min. I bought it at Home Depot in 2019, I believe it cost $160 and it works very good, check it out
$160 2019 dollars would be like $2,000 today
Good project for the channel.
I’m here to say it again, that old Milwaukee impact is a FAR cry to the new ones… no competition. A simple upgrade will save you a ton of effort bud. Just think, the money you saved on the door brushes would cover a new compact high torque. Thanks for the content, be good ol boy
Diablo cutting wheels at home Depot or Lowe's!! DIABLO!! IS THE WAY TO GO!!
Going to be a nice trailer
The steps might come in handy for the trailer !
