Good to see you getting your shop cooled down, if you had not mentioned this video in your other video, I would not have known that you made it because I never received a notification about this video. If you set your thermostat and leave it going all the time, it will be cheaper to keep the space cool then to turn it off and have to turn it back on the next day. Keep up the great video's, I enjoy watching them. Next year you need to make to make another video putting the flags on the soldier's graves, I liked the part where you showed where Mel Tillis is buried, I always liked his singing and we lost a great singer when he died, he can now rest with his brother that he lost when he was very young.

Hey this is Jerry and your doing a pretty good job on your first mini split and the make some what they call “line hide” it’s looks like a down spout to cover up your lineset. We do one in less then two hours but you’re doing a great job on it being your first. We did the first ones in Alabama to use one in the school system.

  • @roberthocking9138

Nice job, but having split systems for decades, I don’t think a machine that size will do a shed that size, it will run flat out all the time. I think you will find you will need at least one more and possibly a third to really make a difference in summer.

I totally get your frustration with the weedeater I used to mow and weedeat yards for neighbors and I have a echo gt 2000 I got from a neighbor. It ran great at first but eventually would run great one day/hour and suddenly you would come back and it would stall I was so fed up with it I came back one day and tossed it onto the driveway. A new oem carberuator is way to expensive so I've been using China ones with a tuneup kit for $20 still has its issues but much better and it is 25 years old but at least it's usable again

On the weedeater,, take the muffler off and see if it's stopped up. Especially the spark arrester screen.. the two strokes are bad about that and will cause starting issues and performance... you can use a torch to bake the carbon build up out of them and that SCREEN..

But if get Grey or Black bottle of STP Total Treatment fuel injection and carb cleaner in fuel tank each month keep from problems happening to and starting too ! Less troubles too and hope helps out ! Also big Red Truck I notice when Reverse light is bulb burn out right side and maybe want replaced to before other burn out ! Hope that helps out Chad and I don't mind shared good advice to you also help when I can !

Yeah, I don't like ups much. Some of the drivers refuse to bring their vans down my driveway saying it's 'impassable'. Funny thing about that is I drive my semi down that driveway every time I come home, no trouble. They usually drop my package at the end where it can be easily stolen. When I bought a tv on line they went one step further and threw it on the lawn where the sprinklers got it. I never had any trouble with the USPS or FedEx.

If you don't have gate valve in the gas cap. When you push the primer bulb, it put the gas back into the tank. Gate valve keeps that from happening. Also remember that your tank pick up should go directly to your carb. Not the primer bulb. Check for pin whole in primer bulb. Had my Owen small engine shop.😊

Insulating the ceiling should help a lot. In my opinion, it's the most important part to insulate. The more you can put up there, the better. You should also consider adding some sort of filter to it. Just google how to do it, you should find plenty of examples. Most people use a merv 8 filter (I do as well). A filter will reduce the air speed of the fan a little. I tested it on mine and it reduced it by 2 MPH, but it doesn't affect the performance and well worth it to keep it clean.

I ain't no smart alex or how ever ya spell that. I never attended any school in my life, and now seventy four, don't see me headed to school. I hope maybe some kind of solar panel system will be affordable for you to compete with that high electricity bill. If ya got the bill down even a hundred dollars every month, a liner for the pool might be in the cards. I can appreciate what your going through. The hospital I was in does not have air conditioning and so me on the second floor of my hill billy small town, its a real small hospital. I was in the extended portion of the hospital during my time having a heart attack and the heat from that tar roof next to me was intense. Even with curtains pulled, I was feeling that temperatures of over a hundred degrees. Here in alaska, that is a might warm. A real hot day will hit eighty on some days and thats for just a hour or two. Your heat would kill me in a day, a half a day or maybe even less.
