Can i safely say that the brittleness is also contributed by the roast level of the beans? Something like, more brittle (soft) then can try coarser than usual vs less brittle (hard) can approach with a finer grind setting. 😬
I probably wouldnt use the word soft to describe something brittle. Easier to break them into pieces? So more brittle coffees, i will use coarser grind size.

Approx 2m15sec but this is because i am doing 3 brews at one time.
