- A quick look at Benchmade’s Turret! This rugged and tough knife has proven to have the strongest axis lock yet!
See how it compares to other heavy duty use knives from Benchmade. I will begin carrying this knife and will be posting an update with testing in the next couple weeks.

I bought my Turret about a month ago. It’s my first Benchmade. I was a Spyderco guy until now. I’m very impressed with this knife. It is by far the best knife I’ve ever owned.
Bought one today. It was a return, perfect condition. $90 off regular price. Could not be happier. My third Benchmade knife.
Where did you get it from?
I've only really begun to appreciate Benchmade in the last 3 or 4 months but I'm hooked lol. That guy is no exception, I really like that handle shape, and I'm a huge fan of the ODish green and black combo on knives! Not a huge fan of serrations, but other than that I'm digging it! Great review, brother!!
Received mine yesterday. Love it!
Watched your great review several times.
Love it, too!
Love Benchmade there’s more Benchmades in my collection than any other brand then spyderco’s both have great blades but if I had to pick I’d go Benchmade out of the two
Of course I would have to agree with you on this topic! Forcing myself to expand my brands this year.
Same. I absolutely love benchmades
I love this one! this will be the first knife to bring me back to Benchmade in years
One thing I like about Benchmade is that they repeat the thumbstud/Axis/tip-up configuration a lot, as they should because thats a great configuration.
Agreed! Love the tip up configuration! Thanks
I just ordered one of these can't wait to get it in hand
That is a sweet knife!! The handle reminds me of a hand grenade. You can tell the handle is lighter than the Adamas just by watching you handle them. Great review!!!
Thanks I got hand on with an all satin blade and like that one too. Think I will use the satin one for testing! Appreciate your feedback and support!
Real deal.hardcore blade.i would buy this .straight edge for me but serr is very fine to .i think its a 🏆 for benchmade again
Dig the all around look of it. Ditch the serrations and I'm good to go...lol! Thanks for sharing brother!
Yeah I am taking it on the serrated blade, but I like them! Appreciate you Big Red!
Adamas is an insanely tough knife but it's nice to see a less thick option for people who want to throw a tough knife in the pocket
This is a must have for me. The Adamas was just to big for me this should be perfection. Thanks Zac
Yes it sounds like this will be the perfect size! I already found this one with the contoured scales to be so comfortable in hand. Thanks for watching and the support!
Man, I’ve had my eye on this one for awhile! Great vid as usual, buddy. Nice work!
Cool knife
Thank you for the in depth review, my friend.
I love that Mini Freek!
Ahh yes the mini Freek is a good friend to the pocket! Thanks for supporting! 🤙🏼
The turret is a beast it would go great with my contego in M4 I have to say I’ve never been a fan of serrations but I’m sure it’s comes with a plain blade also cool vid.
Yes a plain blade is making it’s way to the stores! Thanks Barry for your feedback and support!
The Bailout cant wait
I like it a lot but I'm trying to get a 200 Puukko as my next Benchmade. Had a chance to carry one for a few days. Wished I didn't have to give it back to my buddy. And they are hard to find atm. Don't know if you have one or have seen it but it's a beast. I don't normally like fixed blades but Benchmade hit the 200 Puukko out of the park. 3V steel for under $130. And it's a freaking Benchmade.
Love the Puukko! Check my other videos as I have a couple ones I did with the Puukko. It’s a fun knife!
Man that think should still be called the Tank, that thing looks thick. A little big for me 😂 Keep up the good videos!
It’s a strong tank style knife for sure Tucker! Thanks for watching and supporting!
Iam really on the fence about this. Cause Damn it u really made like that super freak 😂 keep up the videos.
Haha! Well they will have a plain blade coming out soon in this Turret. And once I get some testing done it will hopefully help you decide either way! Thanks for the support and feedback! 🤙🏼
Probably very similar to the presidio, which imo is super nice
Yeah it has that upgraded look from a Presidio base. 🤙🏼
Solid channel so far you have passed my 3 video test that's a subscribe from me.
Glad to hear you like my channel and please let me know of any feedback or things I should consider in future videos! Thank you!
Been eyeballing this one....nice review!
Groovy! Thank you!
I would like to see it next to a Presidio II...
d phill me too....
Put the turret to the test like the bugout
I'm not always big on partial serrations, though I love CRKT serrations. The Turret does intrigue me though.
I think these serrations will prove themselves! The Veff serrations are sweet!
@@zachstuff I have no doubt! Veff serrations just look SO cool.
Good guy too!
Really nice knife although I don't like serrated blades, also a bit heavy and big for EDC, at least for me.
Thanks Freddy for the feedback!
Thats one bad looking blade, has a beat me look to it. Nice and rugged . Not in the normal cycle of things i like but I dig it.
Getting its carry on this week now and going to do some tests.
Looks like a good hard user
Feels like it and can’t wait to test it out! Thanks for watching and supporting!
Awesome review. Where did you get the Adamas scales? Beautiful Adamas knife.
A griptilian on roids? I'm sold. Looks like my Adamas is getting a harduse little brother.
Yes indeed! They also just put the full satin blade version on sale!
My 1st knives had to have serrations but sharpening them became a pain.
What are your thoughts on them.
1) why have them?
2) how do you sharpen them.
Once again, thanks for the hard work.
I have had them on several knives and I find them super useful in cutting thicker material. I understand the difficulty in sharpening them. But I found a local knife sharpener who does great work on mine.
Thanks for the feedback and support!!
Bad boy adamas its a killer to.
Great video!!
Thank you! 🤙🏼🤙🏼🤙🏼
Love the teeth looks so good
Yes some support! Thanks Patrick! 🤙🏼
I prefer longer blade and handle like my contego m390.
How about some Cold Steel knives
Nice knife 👍
Thanks Kevin!
Video on the AFO 2? I just picked one up would love to hear your thoughts.
Did you ever do any testing with this knife?
Looks like a pretty cool knife, not a giant fan of serrations, but that's just my personal preferences. But the ergonomics on that handle look fantastic for hard use!
Yeah you either love or dislike serrations!! The handles feel great. Can’t wait to get some hard use with it. Thanks Taylor!
heavy chevy Bro....but nice
Thiccc
Not feelin this one. In hand and in use it's probably great. Maybe it's the milling on the scales but it looks kinda clunky.
Understand. I felt the same way until I got hands on with it and knew this would be a great work knife. Thanks for the feedback!
Not clunky at all. Very contoured and smooth.
Not my style but love the channel and content
Groovy Steve! Thank you for watching and supporting!
Nice knife. It's a bit too big and heavy for my edc though.
Thanks Randy for the feedback and I appreciate your support! I know this will be great for work but not as good for my EDC compared to my 940 or Bugout! But I’m going to try it for sure!
You have to try it, that's another video for ya! Maybe wear gloves this time.😁 I'm sure it will be a work horse.
This would be a sweet knife if it weren't for the serrations
Non serrations are coming soon and some have been spotted in the wild with a satin plain blade!
@@zachstuff nice. Any fully murdered out versions been seen?
Not yet....I would guess this is on the list as they did similar colors on the Adamas. All murdered out would be a hot seller for me! Great call!
That knife looks nice but the G-10 looks cheap for some reason
I wonder if the color of the handles were changed would make a difference? Hoping for a black handle version soon too! Thanks for supporting!
Awesome knife, does it come without serrations?
Yes they have a plain edge in a satin blade out now too!
Get rid of the serations and I would be in love with that knife.
They have a plain blade non coated coming out also!! It’s nice too!
I wanted a plain edge black blade . I asked benchmade and they have no plans to make one. I was told black plain edge models don’t sell well...
That's interesting. I know the plain edge satin blade is already being produced and hitting retailers now. Maybe they will do one with black blade/blade scales etc.
@@zachstuff black on black would be awesome. I just really like the black blade and OD too. Just non serrated. Maybe there will be a knife works exclusive or something like that. I have a 810 and 275. I need one of these. I'm sure if there was a black blade plain edge with OD it would sell
Yes I can see that one selling especially to join the line up like the ones you already have!
Nice knife liked the Adonis better I think. I am not a fan of half plain half serrated do one or the other. Will be interested in what you think of it after some use. So I will be keeping an eye out for that. Again congrats on 1k subs
Right on! Thanks Rick! They do have a plain blade coming out soon. So I will grab that one to show also. Thanks for watching and supporting!
Are they still making the turret without the serrations? And how does it feel for an edc, is it a bit bulky or is it a good fit?
The Turret is a solid larger knife in the hand. Both variants still show available on their website. If you're looking for a larger knife, the Claymore is much thinner but an auto. The Adamas in CruWear is also slimmed down slightly this year.
s30v ?
Love your vids , but please line the knives up properly 😀
How would you like them lined up??
Well I'm second LMFAO 😂😜
💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
well I think I'm first lol
Woohoo!!
Too big for my needs. Bugout all day
Gotcha! Bugout’s Rock! Thanks Ryan!
Put the turret to the test like the bugout
Great video!
Thank you!
