It’s actually a very well written and comprehensive book ruclips.net/user/postUgkxhgbP-6hUnXu_QRaoHgLztgsI0YF3HqR0 . I wanted to pair this with an updated book on local codes to start planning a post-retirement dream shop. I think I have just about everything I need between the two. The extra plans available for purchase towards the end are priced almost as much as full home plans, not little sheds however.
Very nice! I can't NOT believe all you fit in such a small place, very very well done. With the prices of apartments and homes everyone needs to learn how to live beneath their means, living simple is much better, you will be happier...thank you for making this and sharing it with everyone.
Perfect design. It has everything I'd need to hitch it up and leave for the weekend to do some hiking. No hotels, no restaurants, just kicking back with friends along with the comforts of home. Nice color scheme.
Love, love, love! Don't know that I would brave that loft even though it is rated at 400lbs. I can't believe you got any kind of bathroom in there at all. Dang! I'm impressed.
I think the price point is very reasonable... Some of the comments are expecting the price to match what it would cost them to build... remember folks, You are not building it, it is all ready to go ... There has to be room for profit margin!!!
This is actually a smart use of space. I am surprised he could fit a functional bath and kitchen, a closet space and room for 4 people to sleep in there.
Too everyone saying its over-priced...yes you can build one for cheaper, but that means you have to put the time in it, you have to do all the planning, purchasing materials, trial and error of making everything work properly. If you want it done for you and ready to go its gonna cost more! Exact same thing as working on a car yourself compared to having a mechanic do it for you.
Actually, you can create a small shelter that's basically a bed, and maybe room for a backpack and a few supplies, pulled by a bicycle, that's extremely cheap, maybe even under $1000.
888Caz I just purchased a 10x20 high barn from a local company called Bald Eagle Barns. they have smaller ones and for me since this is my first go at living real tiny, I figured a premade shed would be the way to go and cover it. I had a few upgrades but the building was 4500 and I plan on spending less than 2-3k to get it livable. you might check into something like that.
*+KingTomato117* I bought a 160 sq ft storage building though I wish I would have got the 200 to 240 sq ft. The cash pays was $3500 but I opted to pay over 3 years at about $177/mo or $7000. It's been payed off now for 6 months. Here is the link to my home when I first got it : goo.gl/photos/PeJLnZ8D82WBT1bC6
Dale Modisette Nice! looks really similar to mine. I don't have much you yet, mine was delivered about 2 weeks ago. I'm curious what you're doing for vapor barrier? I've not found a lot on doing these premade sheds and I guess the insulation with that paper backing is some sort of vapor barrier? are you doing any thing else inside or outside of it?
The price is still better than a comparable new RV. There are things I do and don't like about this, and a few things I'd do differently, but overall, I like the exterior design- a LOT. I've watched the video and studied the listing on the website, but I can't seem to find the loft. It weighs around 3,000 pounds, which is very light for a tiny house. Gives me ideas......
I like this and i am deciding if i want a Tiny Home or a Bus Build?? i am still figuring out if i want to travel full or part time.. will keep You bookmarked for the Tiny House and Love it :)
Abundently Clear I wouldn't trust that loft..maybe to put some boxes...but definitely not people..the electrical and water heater in the bathroom is IMHO STUPIDITY! Sorry but this one is dangerous.
since more and more people are building these, I'm thinking about selling these as do it yourself kits , the lumber for mine was only $1,200 and you can tile urself and build ur own door maybe sell the shell for 3 grand and sell doors and windows as a option and AC from Walmart $80.00 come on people you can be creative, I like the trim and crown molding this guy did, and he put some time in it!!
"Just a trailer" - sure, but it has a dry bath. Trailers of this size usually have a wet bath or no bath. They also don't have the R value. They also usually have smaller windows and doors. Anyway, if you want a trailer, go buy one. As to cost ($15k), a new camper trailer of this size would be that much or more. Seems reasonable, but I've seen he's dropped the price to $10k. That's great. Most people build tiny houses on trailers because they want to get around building codes. This one actually is portable, which is pretty remarkable. It's also one of the smallest I have seen (72 ft2) yet still has a full bathroom and a closet! I agree with some others about the bed, but I would consider just using the dinette. This place is designed for one one or two people for shorter periods of time. It would be nice for a weekend retreat on vacant land (though this unit lacks off-grid components - you'd have to have power and water available on that land). I wonder if a light platform bed used in Sprinter van conversions would be more practical. Forget trying to get 4 people in it. I've seen some motorized lift systems, but that's probably overkill. There's no mention of a gray water holding tank. You definitely have to plan to deal with this appropriately. Lots of options though. I have been looking at 100 ft2 designs for some vacant land (the local municipality allows buildings of this size without permit). I'd like to modify this design by adding 2 ft to the length. I'd skip the bathroom sink (the kitchen sink is right there) and put the closet in its place. I would work use a modified futon I use already for sleeping. Instead of the dinette, I would have a collapsible table mounted to the wall with my computer monitor mounted just above that. This would provide a work space and dining space that could make way for more room if needed. Instead of that bed, I would consider some loft storage but nothing used for sleeping. Sometimes you have bulky items (luggage, backpack, etc.) that just needs to get out of the way. So, while I don't want this particular unit, it serves as a really good example of how to get more out of less space. Great job!
Thank you very much, so far the best tiny house on wheels. I am going to build one for me and my 7 yo son so I get out of rent and save some money. Thank you.
Nice job man, I have sailed for years aboard alot of boats and most of them have about the same room. You get use to it for some time. It isn't permanent. Good job.
I don't think I could live in something that tiny unless it was parked in someone's yard and I could spend a lot of time in the house or had some outdoor space to lounge. I would set this up at like a vacation property and go hangout on weekends. Or it's so small you could take it camping to different places. I really like it. So many options and ways to use it. Good job. Maybe no sink in bathroom and put the closet space in there. Take out the closet in the main area or just make it half as tall for a roomier feel. I'm not criticizing just offering ideas for your next one. I really like what you did. You're very talented. 👍🏻😊
..that is so cute. Would want it a bit longer for a larger bedroom. And a larger toilet.. but much better living in that then those old plastic tin campers from years past. :)
For that little pull out drawer under the counter lip in front of the kitchen sink, I would include some ventilation holes to prevent mildewing if cleaning supplies were stored there :-)
nice house , I used brick siding on the bottom of mine and cedar on top 2/3rds and got my fridge at Walmart and kept my cost at 5 K no extra labor. made my own door too!!!
oui du sur mesure j'aime bien ça est en plus confortable très belle réalisation cela me donne des idées merci encore pour la vidéo et a bientôt pour d'autre vidéos
Douglas Allen I look at these all the time, there are builders’ wanting 70 thousand and up for this same type!!!! It’s ridiculous!!!! If you see this price its rare!!!! The Shed companies want that much for a Bare shed nothing in it!!!! I have seen 1 other for 25 thousand a bit fancier but this is the cheapest ones
I love your design! this would be perfect for my husband and myself!! my question is about the electric panel, can it legally be that close to a water source? I know that code doesn't allow this usually!!
Rarer to see real small ones about the length of cars. This one is perfect for a camper in the woods. Real efficient use of space pretty much everywhere. Could do a few extra things here and there, but it really isn't all that necessary and more to personal taste. Hell, only thing I would change really is microwave oven with 2 burners on top instead of separate induction. (not a fan of induction) That combined with a stove pressure cooker, could make nice hearty meals and soups efficiently and still have a spare burner for other things and the microwave oven to cook below. Maybe add overhead storage area above the bathroom sink and toilet space for some stuff. That space is nice to have above, but not absolutely essential since you are rarely in it. Little loft accessible from living space would make more use of it. I remember one design that could work in this instance is instead of 2 sinks, one large sink that is split in the middle at the room wall and has one shared tap you just flip depending on what room you need the water in. (the spout has a seesaw under it) Great price too given an average build that size is around $8-20k depending on the materials and finish.
You mentioned the converted bed was slightly larger than a two but then you said the 'loft bed' together with the lower bed offers sleeping for 4! 2 people on an twin bed? I doubt it!
This is a beautiful tiny house great job, great price. This is how things should be.Very beautiful.

Just found this video from 4 years ago. VERY NICE build and excellent presentation!

and say EXCUSE ME ever time you move a leg
I was very surprised at the way you utilized the space. Great job! For someone that wants to go extreme tiny, this house is it.
This is piece of artwork.
I'm obtaining a Facilities maintenance class and hopefully I'll be able to create projects like this.
i made mine for a little under ten so im glad this guy is asking a reasonable amount.
Love, love, love! Don't know that I would brave that loft even though it is rated at 400lbs. I can't believe you got any kind of bathroom in there at all. Dang! I'm impressed.
You did a very nice job all around.
Very beautiful. It has bathroom and toilet. Wow, I am really impress, I am sure it will sell fast. Thank for sharing. Good luck!
I think the price point is very reasonable... Some of the comments are expecting the price to match what it would cost them to build... remember folks, You are not building it, it is all ready to go ... There has to be room for profit margin!!!
NIce workmanship.
Bro this is a nice tiny house I've ever seen keep up the good design. Hope I see your work again in the future.
If you're on a budget, this place is great.
Very nice little house!
This is actually a smart use of space. I am surprised he could fit a functional bath and kitchen, a closet space and room for 4 people to sleep in there.
Very Nice, I think the bedsize is a 3/4. A three quarter bed is bigger than a twin but smaller than a full. Great job! Great price!
I would love this for myself, it has everything
Too everyone saying its over-priced...yes you can build one for cheaper, but that means you have to put the time in it, you have to do all the planning, purchasing materials, trial and error of making everything work properly. This could really help homeless, cities could have small communities of these.
Very nice neat detailed construction.
You did a nice job on that.
So cute! A true tiny house!
i really like this little tiny house..well thought out..nice job.
What can you do for the poorest among us. For about a grand. I'll end up converting a garden shed at these prices. x
Actually, you can create a small shelter that's basically a bed, and maybe room for a backpack and a few supplies, pulled by a bicycle, that's extremely cheap, maybe even under $1000.

BRAVO!!! FANTASTIC!
Every need fulfilled plus style. Worth every cent.
This one's incredible for only 72 feet long or 72 cubic feet! Great work! I may be contacting you soon!
Incredible tiny homes have some impressive homes from 20,000 i thinks hes even sold one for 16,000.Very well built.
Wow, you fit a lot into that tiny space. Well done!!
I like this and i am deciding if i want a Tiny Home or a Bus Build?? i am still figuring out if i want to travel full or part time.. will keep You bookmarked for the Tiny House and Love it :)
This is the ideal tiny house for me I wish it was still available
soo..amazing!!! Simply Beautiful small home...
The electrical panel in that bath so near the water source frightens me! So, How do you lower that loft over the table?
Yeah, I agree. I don't think that will pass electrical code.
Abundently Clear I wouldn't trust that loft..maybe to put some boxes...but definitely not people..the electrical and water heater in the bathroom is IMHO STUPIDITY! Sorry but this one is dangerous.
David Talkington I doubt many people would be doing electrical work while wet, naked, and barefoot. Your concern is over rated.
That is a lot of house for such a small space

Very nice! Love the wooden slide door!
I have seen a lot of videos on this channel and by far this guy nailed it with a iPad ! why can everyone else do such a good job like he did.
I'm dizzy..
Trust me I watched worse
I AGREE A REALLY GOOD TINY HOUSE !
JayRock Do u men it's bad
I loved it butt I don't have the money

Just found this charming channel by chance. Thx first for sharing your home, experiences and private space. Learned from you. Greetings xx
This is the best use of space i think ive ever seen

AWESOME JOB AND TINY HOUSE !
Wow what a nice layout for the amount of space, i like it!
oui du sur mesure j'aime bien ça est en plus confortable très belle réalisation cela me donne des idées merci encore pour la vidéo et a bientôt pour d'autre vidéos
price is ok and space is good I would live in this
It's very dumb to put an outlet right behind a faucet. Or very close to one.
Even if it's GFCI, why would you do that??
That’s the first thing that I thought as soon as I saw it. Not only is it dangerous but very aesthetically displeasing.
That is beautiful!! Did u build it?
L 👀 KS so cozy comfy.
Excellent, and reasonably priced good job!
This is great!! Well made, great for cold weather. I would use the loft for clothes. Nice size shower. I love larger showers!!
15k seems a bit much for something that small
Douglas Allen,
lots of quality and good craftsmanship there. I think the price spot on.
Douglas Allen so y’all be spending nearly $1000 for the iPhone x which won’t even last you a year
Douglas Allen I look at these all the time, there are builders’ wanting 70 thousand and up for this same type!!!! It’s ridiculous!!!! If you see this price its rare!!!! It looks to me to be worth every penny of it. You would spend $25,000 on an RV that's a piece of crap the same size.
LMAO the video is over 2 years old and you guys are commenting on the price
Better off buying a luxury second hand caravan.
Very nice and great price!!!!
I like this little house.
This is amazingly beautiful!!!!
Great job!
Great tiny house! Thanks for showing!👍👍
Amazing!
I love your design! this would be perfect for my husband and myself!!
my question is about the electric panel, can it legally be that close to a water source? I know that code doesn't allow this usually!!
Cute tiny house !
New sub. I've been doing research into tiny houses and mobile homes now that I'm retired. Thank you.
perfect layout
Super smart build
Man! Nice nice 👌 great job sir...I must say...Ur a cool genius!

I grew up in Dayton Ohio....Beavercreek to be exact and went to Wright State the first year it opened.Hope to hear from you.
Great floor plan 🤗
I've watched a ton of these tiny house videos, which I've loved, but this simple little house and short video really grab me
Thanks for sharing. Best wishes.
That's nice and very modern
I love tiny houses
Adjustable loft. That's a first and just brilliant.
Very nice and efficient.
Great job!!
Thats beautiful

Absolutely Love It!
very nicely done. wow....
Very nice! You did an awesome job I love it
I love this.Easy to haul and in my price range!!!$$Nice closest!!
Nice and with a good price! 👍
Fantastic job. Maybe increase the R value and add skylights. How does one lower the loft?
nice build! well done
OMG that is so cute. I want one.
It’s small but it is awesome!!!
