I absolutely love these gel pads. Really helps keep my wrist straight. If you make a fist and look at it from a side view, you’ll notice there’s a slant. These gel pads really help fill that out, keeping your wrist straight Small tip when securing these is to wrap once on top of the gel pad, holding it down. The next wrap should be behind the gel pad (above the back of your hand) almost pinching it in place. I found this helpful in keeping the pad secured, especially when you’re wrapping the hand wraps around your fingers. If you don’t pinch the pad down, when you start wrapping your fingers, the wrap will want to push the gel pads back towards the back of your hand

That's for the tip on not tightening too hard when going thru the fingers. My hand would always feel numb on round 3 on my bag session.
