I've been always consuming time on humanizing every track and do the micro change. These tips looks really handy. I am gonna apply to my project templates. Thanks!
There is no Logic Pro tip more helpful than this. I had no idea! This is gonna speed up creativity and flow enormously for me. Very grateful you put this together.
Absolutely! And it applies to almost any computer program. Hot keys = speedy workflow = ideas getting from your head to your computer faster. Thanks for watching + the comment!
Awesome video, my workflow has now been improved 💯. I didn’t think that “h” or “v” would be available hotkeys but that’s a creative solution since they don’t apply in the midi window. I wonder what other keybinds you could set up that only work in certain windows…
Always showing love Noah, appreciate you! As for the hot keys, there’s a way to check if they apply in more than one window of the DAW. I forget what it is that shows it, but I’ll check tomorrow. The ultimate is when you realize what you do lots and end up making your own set of hot keys for Logic to maximize your workflow. I’m in the process of making quite a few custom ones, maybe I’ll make a video on what they are and how to implement them. Thanks for watching!
@@itstonyholiday Good to know, thanks. I also figured that creating custom hotkeys was the end game, but that may be the most overwhelming task related to logic out there 😅. I would love to see a video where you discuss more of your hotkeys
@@noahelias-guy5321 Yes definitely. I think it's going to be different for everyone. The best way to come up with them is notice when you do something that takes more than 3-4 clicks for one function, then see if you can shorten it using a hot key. You usually can. Let me see what shortcuts I can come up with that I think would be useful for the majority.
OMG!! Thank you! I was bummed I couldn't make key commands for midi transform and I found myself click in that menu til death. This will keep me a happy boy :)
Another video suggestion! Can u make a video about bussing 808 and knocking kick with stock plugin in logic pro x ( just how to handle low frequency in general **)!
Thank you for the suggestion. Check one of my older videos for kick knocking (ruclips.net/video/A52l7uG3Sq4/видео.html) As for bussing 808s you mean like grouping bass together? Always appreciate you watching 🙌
@@producer_grex2369 Basically just carve out frequencies for the kick a little bit and make sure the high end of the 808 is crispy/coming through the mix (this is mostly just volume levelling). All this advice people will say to sidechain the kick to the 808 is nonsense, I'm not really sure where that came from. Maybe I'll make a video on it, but the truth is it's different every time. If you follow what I just mentioned above then you'll get good at fitting them in any song. Thanks for always watching!

@@itstonyholiday nahh I meant like hard hitting 808 and mixing with the kick
