- www.freethetone.com/en/product... By using FTT’s original algorithm, the AMBI SPACE combines various elements to achieve a mechanism for producing complex reverberation, through the use of a 32-bit dual core chip and a 32-bit high precision DSP. While the high quality, natural and musical sounding reverberation realized in this compact device can of course be used for electric guitars and basses, as well as for acoustic guitars and vocals, it is equally at home in other situations, such as recording and mixing.
In FTT’s newly developed and original reverb sounds “CAVE” and “SERENE”, the early reflections and late reverberation are added in multiple steps to realize a complex harmonic structure comprising enhanced frequency components, all of which creates an almost magical, transparent and spatial sounding reverb like you’ve never heard before. These new reverb sounds will stimulate your imagination.
By combining all of the analog and digital know-how accumulated so far by Free The Tone, the reverb effects unit AMBI SPACE was finally born after a long development period. Try it out and feel its sound. Видеоклипы
This is the nicest reverb pedal I've ever heard. I bought it and have never looked back. Sound quality is untouchable.
What a master, what a reverb.
Thank you!
I open your demos when I want to just listen to some good music
Brilliant demo!!! "Killing Me Softly" was gorgeous!
John Marquez thanks! I've always dug that tune
killing me softly with this demo , nice tone and playing
tom ishmael thanks for tuning in!
I love space-reverb!!fantastic!!
how cool! great playing, really nice tone
Bought this and its the most beautiful reverb pedal I've ever heard/used... Lush and professional sound...
Ordered a mint condition used one off of reverb a few minutes ago. Can’t wait!
JB!!! Thanks. Great demo, as usual.
Stew Guernsey thanks for watching!
Killer Jeff Beck man, as with all your demos - way beyond just demonstration, pure art!
Justin Garcia thanks for the super kind words!
I'd trade in my BigSky for this. Sounds superb, 4 presets and not more types of reverb than I need. Really like the Cave and Serene too.
Great demo as always! Cheers :)
Wagner Rosa thanks!
Amazing pedal
Mike, suas apresentações são incríveis!!!
👏👏👏
Júlio César thanks!
Beautiful! What are you playing at 11:40? I think this is the reverb pedal for me.
Jeff Becktastic!! LOVE!
I've owned and used this pedal for about 2 years now, maybe less.. and have found it to be exactly what a quality pedal should be. Unobtrusive!
It's like the well behaved child of my pedal board. I mainly use the Spring reverb which is nearly always on. It's very very tasteful. With the 4 presets I have another 3 verbs ready to go. You do have to cycle through them with button clicks but it doesn't seem to be a problem. The switching is so smooth that it's not a problem if I accidentally go to the wrong present. They just seem to blend so well.
My only gripe is that it doesn't have midi clock synch which I was expecting given that it has midi in. But that's for program changes.
Still it's a great unit.
Superb sound quality and ultra simple operation. What more do you want?
I was wondering what reverb unit do you think has that lexicon pcm sounds....but more affordable and tweakable . Thx
Hi, what is the amp you are using in this demo? You always have such a great sound in your demos! Thanks. Peter
Must break out that Jeff Beck album again soon. Nice demo as always.
Bruce Johnson thanks! I love that Album! I love all Jeff Beck though
Bruce Johnson Which album is that?
The song is "Behind the Veil" off his Guitar Shop album. Happy listening.
MH doing Beck - NICE!
is there a slap back sound in this somewhere? This will bump my delay off the board if there is. I tried contacting the company but general product inquiries not allowed - not impressed!
Thanks
No slap back. You can try maxing out pre-delay and lowering decay time, but it won't replace a slap back delay. Remember, it's a reverb, not a delay. But certainly the best in the game.
MIKE, HAVE You got any Albums/CD's for Sale?
This or specular tempus?
I don't get the fiddling with the knobs, indecisive thing - like staying in the 'safe zone' - sort of neurosis?
Kinda thinking about replacing my Specular Tempus with this pedal. Sounds killer!!
That's what I did haha
But.. no trails, and having to his the edit button before being to mess with the knobs in preset mode is a minor inconvenience. Wouldn't mind more presets too. No trails really stinks though. It's a shame, because actual reverb on the unit sounds top notch.
How often are people switching their reverb off mid song? I get that trails is a nice to have feature but this, like lack of tap tempo on delays, seems to be a real dealbreaker for people when it's a relatively modern feature in the grand scheme of things
@@adamnesbitt11 you're not wrong man I agree
There's a firmware update available on the Free The Tone website. And guess what... Trails are now available!
This might replace my Strymon Flint...
did it? that's exactly what i was gonna replace as well?
Haha you might be as big of a Jeff Beck fan as me.
Great Pedal, but still Bigsky Stands so strong, especially for Cloud Mode on Bigsky. I use Bigsky only for that Feature.
Could not be found any boutique Reverb pedal at all
This beat a Strymon Flint, Neunaber and Meris. Doesn’t mess with your tone and dynamics at all. I loved the Flint.
11:28 beautiful love?
hana tavi it is until I mess it up! Lol
the market is really saturated with reverb pedals... nice ones but still
Yah, and when I needed one recently I opted for the Afterneath. It's a reverb in name only; something of a tweener between reverb and delay but really its an instrument onto itself and that's why I got it. Touch of spring reverb from my amp is enough for regular reverb uses.
man i love the old 2 knobbies from neunaber.. simple and breathtaking
they went from predelayed spring but not exactly an emulation, to this incredible wash, i know it didn't necessarily sound PERFECTLY realistic but fuck they kicked ass. Noways everyone thinks they need more features and you don't necessarily. Even MXR is doing this
