One question, you say you're using Robertson Chicken Spice, but it seems to be Weber brand "Roasted Garlic and Herb." Presumably you've used both for this recipe - do you have a preference?

I dont have white pepper i have regular pepper and no smoked paprika only regular paprika. Will try and let you know how it went. Oh and i dont have any robertsons chicken spice, i will just try trader joes mushroom umami as the spice has msg and as a umami enhancer it should be similar. Ok so i basically am not making your recipe but you inspired me and guided me as i dont know how to cook 😂
