It's kinda weird and nostalgic for me popping in today and seeing a video of a Guncannon coincidentally painted in the EXACT color scheme and shades that I painted my HGUC kit I got of the OG Guncannon way back when it first came out so many years ago!
Did a game a few years back. I think it was a 400pt room, (all randoms) and we all ended up chooses to play support MS's. It was on the Desert map, and though we did not capture the other points, we completely stomped. Twas a fun time. I think I have the video somewhere...
Heavy D is one of my favorite suits, right next to the dom tropen at that cost. Dom for when I want a bit more mobility and a free machine gun, Heavy D when I want rapid chaining explosives.
I should take this thing out in higher rooms, im not one to usually do that with suits above 3 levels (Except for my High Mobility Zaku) but could be neat
@@yuucentipede9873 Gundam Unit 05 Bst is a great MS, but the problem here is how the pilot is using it. It's a superior MS in melee combat compared to the regular Unit 05, which is a more balanced suit with stronger range stats. The pilot, however, is favoring that gatling cannon when he should be charging at opposition with beam saber in hand. Additionally, the non Bst version has a shield, which would have offered better protection when it lays flat... like a doormat.
Cuz of its kit and stats. The Type D Heavy Guncannon has awesome range damage stats, crap melee damage, great defenses in all three categories (melee, beam, and ballistic) and all of its weapons (minus the Blow) are meant for Medium Range. It can play as both a Support and General at both Medium and Close Range at the end of it. Unsuspecting Raids can lose their legs quite easily if this suit gets its Ballistics on it.
Oops, all Raids!

My team did this at like 600 or 650 and boy did we not have fun
It’s good to switch to a comfort suit time to time
My favorite Guncannon.

Love this thing!
It hurts seeing a Gundam Unit 05 Bst playing like a literal doormat.
What you mean by that? Is it that bad?

It is tempting to sit back and use that gatling, but it almost always makes the player a sitting duck. Same goes for the PR Space Type.
Why is this general ms a better support ms🤦🏽♂️
