I wanted the 2.5” hose but didn’t need anymore batteries (12 gallon is only sold as a kit) and also didn’t want the big cart that comes with the 12 gallon so I bought the 9 gallon tool only and the order the 2.5” hose, hose securing clip that goes on the side and 2.5” accessories I wanted. Drastically cheaper then buying the 12 gallon kit. Even if I needed the 12 gallon capacity, which I don’t, I could order the 12 gallon bin and be further ahead. Love the Milwaukee reviews, keep ‘‘em coming.
I got the 12 gallon kit on sale for $569.61 shipped(including tax). I already had the 6gallon, now I am looking for a deal on the 9gallon bucket and hardwired motor head to complete the collection.
Just now shopping for a cordless vacuum, your comments here are VERY helpful! Did not occur to me that the larger 2.5 hose would work with this unit. It was clear to me from this video that a lot of debris would just get stuck in the smaller hose, but the 2.5 is likely a different story. Thanks again!
i own the 9 gallon and its great however i find myself using the rigid 9 gallon dual battery 95% of the time, due to its easier portability, its just so much lighter and still has great power for a cordless with 80cfm and around 40 inches lift, plus it runs off of 1 or 2 batteries, still the milwaukee has crazy power!
I was excited about this vacuum till I learned it doesn’t have a remote start and stop option. I thought for sure since they sell a system for remote starting corded vacuums but it appears there’s not even space for a module like Makita has to add on later. I’m going to try to keep waiting but I may just give up start picking up Makita for my mess making tools going forward.
They didn't even include the bluetooth option in the new tracksaw yet they want premium prices for it. Definitely missing a trick or expecting to add it in gen 2 and force people to buy new again.
I think if they made a packout edition of a 9 gallon shop vaccum . I'd like to see it use 2 batteries for max power a built in outlet for optional corded use with an onboard m18 charger when plugged in.
no doubt TTI made greate vaccum vs price, but vaccum only 3 years warranty but power tools has 5 years? I understand some Ridgid only has 5 years warranty cause it is not made by TTI...weird

I love how informal your videos are. you deserve a lot more views
I appreciate that! I guess RUclips doesn't like me. lol
Great review, appreciate the time put in! 👍👌 Hoping you can do a review of the corded version of this tool. I mean the corded power head. Thanks

Great review! Thanks!
you should ask them why they never put the wet filter in kit, and don't sell them at store like home depot in Hawaii at least
You should test the corded one
I already have. Link is below. Thanks for watching.

@@Shoptoolreviews that ain't the one, they make a corded head for those modular vacs
the vacuum is awesome and great video STR
It is a great vacuum, especially as a cordless vac. Thanks for the support.
Was it that hard to make the top packout compatible
Exactly… missed opportunity
It’s coming in Q4 2024..
Did they release a corded dual battery head yet?
Love it I own one it's great only thing that's an issue is the drain cap it is so slim easy to lose I lost one down a storm drain
That's a great point. That may be something that should have a small chain or plastic strap tethered to the vac. Thanks for watching.
@@Shoptoolreviews that's my thoughts liked video
Where did you get the accessories from? Can't find one with all those accessories.

Why wouldn't they just make it pack out compatible and put on the pack out cart
If you can’t also plug it in and charge, I don’t want it.
👍👍
I bought it. It's not worth it. Get a corded vacuum
Can SOMEONE actually vacuum water off the floor for tests? NOBODY sucks up 5 gallon buckets....you just haul them out!
