I work in a department in which we all love Canva (Canva for Education) but we are looking for the best option for managing content in a Team, but it doesnt appear we can create a Team with Canva for Education? Any advice for this?

@@canva I do wish there was a setting added where you can set all designs created to share with the team by default. Not sure if there's a suggestion box, but if so, feel free to add it. :-)
I had a canva pro account. I made a team and Now all my designs, my brand colors, my brand kit, everything I had in my account are no longer in my account and are in the team account. Why did that happen? I don't want everyone in the team to see all the stuff I had in my personal account. So then I went and deleted the team account and logged back in. When I logged back in everything was gone. I had nothing. So I reactivated the team account and it was all there again. Please please help me. I just want my normal account back with all my stuff 😭😭😭😭

@@canva Hi, I'm also having this same issue. I can't seem to separate my account from a team that I just attempted to make. Ran through the same steps as Michelle and all of my files reappeared but only accessible through the team. Can you please post the resolution??? Thanks!
@@lynnieguzman Ugh! So frustrating. So. This is a yes and no answer. I restored the team, so all of my designs and saved palettes came back (I am still having some issues with uploads disappearing and loading later, but it's a minor inconvenience compared to the first issue!) and then just had to rename that team as my marketing agency's name so that it is considered "our main account." It still doesn't make sense to me, because before I had any teams I didn't have to have a specific team account, my account just was my account (does that make any sense? ha). But, I hope you get this resolved!! This was the only workaround that I could figure out.
