There appears to be some confusion as to what discrimination is in goverment workers. The issue in my experience needs to be addressed. I have been in legal cases connected to it in the past, but that act was not there. at the time.

I'm democrat and the equality act is not equal for all. Need to rewrite the whole thing. Its discrimination against another group of people

Is bullying while of sick a fact and putting another person in your job and paying them a lot more than you were paid
