Tom, your chicken was seasoned and browned perfectly. The yum yums on the bottom of the pan got all incorporated in the luscious sauce! Tom, that is my kind of chicken! I love chicken in many variations but this is a great one. Kind of like chicken parmesan without the fuss. Thanks for adding the vinegar. I like my Red Gravy tart, not sweet like many others do. Let's see...I'm pretty sure there are some chicken thighs in my freezer.
