I'm actually in Bangkok right now, and that looks like the real deal to me. Nice!
Mama Noii's appearance is everything! hahaha I love her to bits.
Hey Marion! I am not going to comment on your cooking because is absolutely amazing all the time and since I found your channel finely I am cooking oriental dishes like a pro! What I wanna say your content is so beautiful at every stage. Starting with how well you organize cooking around you, clarity of all the recipes through cleanliness, and your appearance ending on the reality of your videos like your spontaneous cough because of the spices or baby Henry grabbing your attention during recording a breakfast. Your videos are "imperfectly" perfect.
Thank you for being here Marion!👌🙌😍💓💓💓
I too noticed how organised and clean Marion is in her kitchen, she cooks with such ease. Wish I could be as organised, I’m working at it 😉
How come you still don’t have a Netflix series? I love everything you cook Marion! ☺️
Because she has a universal Utube series!
Very nice presentation. Love your videos, your speech is so soothing. Your redo not seem to difficult. Hope to visit Thailand someday.
I've been watching cooking shows since they were first on television in the States and not since Martin Yan have I seen an Asian chef that truly inspired me to explore food and cooking. I love your recipes, your personality, your style, your delivery, everything. You're a blessing, keep up the great work!
You have everything it takes to become a celebrity chef superstar. Food Network needs to scout you, NOW.
Don Xavier Dolar oh wow! What a thoughtful and kind comment! Thank you so much 🥰🥰🥰
@ Don Xavier Dolar
Exactly I feel the same and comment as you did. Yan Can Cook but I can follow Marion 🌞 This vid was overflowing with great stuff right for those of us who enjoy preparing Asian food . Love her👍🌝
She already is a superstar celebrity chef in Australia!
@@rossmail5924 That's exciting to hear! Her take on Asian food would do so great on the West Coast of the States.
Martin Yan? Pulleeeez. He is a total embarassment.
Hi, Marion. I hope you and your family are safe and well during these trying times. I appreciate you still cranking out videos for us. I live in NYC and I've spent a good amount of time in Thailand, specifically in Bangkok. There is an older couple that sells chicken soup from a stall in Sathorn that is hands down the best chicken soup I've ever eaten. For takeaway, they pack the rice separately with shredded chicken, cucumber slices, and a packet of a soy based sauce that has ginger and chillies and I'm not sure what else. Do you know what condiment I'm talking about and how I could recreate it? Thanks so much. Be well.
Hi Marion, street nasi goreng has a distinct taste from restaurant and homemade nasi goreng. The ultimate seasoning for street food nasi goreng is shallots, garlic and candlenuts that is usually crushed together as a paste. Crushed chili, soy sauce and kecap manis is then added. That along with the toastiness and smokiness you only get from cooking with a wok and super high heat. This is a great version. Always a fan!
I finally have learned the secret of clear chicken broth. I can't wait to try these recipes. Thanks for this wonderful video. Sara
I love watching you, cannot wait to get to my favourite Asian grocery and buy up all the ingredients and get into my kitchen and start cooking, cannot tell you how much I love Asian food.

I use the blanching method for all my broths. It makes them so clear. After the blanch, I rinse then and scrub them to rid them of the particles. I start to stock in cold water, very slowly.
This looks amazing i will surely try this. Your recipes are easy to follow and they are very good

Hey Marion, I'm a fairly recent follower of your channel and was wondering if you could do a video of recipes that use a small number of ingredients that are easy to find(like 5 or less)? For people like me who never have many things sitting around :) Love your stuff!
Hey thanks for subscribing! And also thanks for the suggestion. I'm always keen to know what everyone would like to watch! :-)
I was thinking that exactly, love your cooking style & videos but sometimes your ingredients aren’t available neither in my pantry/ fridge or locally. Maybe just ingredient substitute options.
Yes..agree..hehe
Hi Marion. Love your videos especially the Facebook live ones with your mum. Will you be doing more soon. Thanks 😊
Out of all Asian you tube channels Marion uses the least ingredients and easy to find ingredients not to mention the simplicity of the dishes.
