Sir if i start my cfa journey with coaching classes than also i should read shwerser notes or institute books.
Coaching Instructor will teach from Institute’s material and you can revise from Schweser Books

Want to know which books are best institute or schweser bcoz many things in schweser is absent which are present in institute books
U need both books. For preparation u can use schweser books and for practising EOC questions u need institute books

I am planning to give CFA level 1 in November 2024. I have done my graduation in economics and currently working. I wanted your suggestion on when should I start my prep for CFA exam. Is it okay if I start 1 year in advance as against to what you have suggested of 6 months? . I am a slow learner and need time to adjust to new topics and concepts.
Starting 9 months before exam is recommended
