Should I use Crisco? I ordered some leaf lard and some duck fat. Have you ever used either for your piecrusts? Also...I would love to see you roll them out.
I think you could use leaf lard or crisco. I've only ever used crisco, but my grandma used to make pie crusts with any kind of lard. Sorry I didn't roll them out in the video, but I have other pie videos on my channel where I roll out the crusts in a little more detail. Thanks for watching! ❤️

Haha yeah, butter and shortening. It makes the crusts so flaky. It makes 4 crusts total. 👍🏻
