Please excuse my frustration. For us non-handymen, we need to be taught why you're fiddling with all of the different gadgets on the handle and we need to be told what they are for. If you've never replaced any handle of any kind, you may need some words. For example, I watched some other videos, come to find out you need to measure the thickness of the door and the distance between the bottom of the lock and the top of the handle to find out what country it comes from. I'm glad this helped some of you out there, so thanks for posting. For me, I'll have to keep struggling with my old handle.
I've installed several at this point. He was using the Allen Wrench on the handles to remove them because the set screws on the handles to hold them on required that. Some are just Phillips Head or straight. He was lining up spindle and lock inside. Why all the wiggles 😊 It's not really hard, it can be aggravating! Ya probably wouldn't want audio if I was installing it 😅😂
That was just the door handle replacement, it's that internal mechanism that goes bad after awhile - where the door locking feature is hard to close and the entire internal mechanism needs to be replaced. Unfortunately, you can't get that from Lowes or Home Depot (who will sell you the door and the door handle hardware) you have to order that from Larson's directly - and what a pain that can be.
I believe it was about 3 or 4 weeks. You'll also need to know your Warranty Code - a small label on the back hinge (you will need to open the door to see it) so they know which door handle replacement is the exact match to fit.

The video sucks udid u leave the old inside part in because that's what I need to know how to get out of the door.. if u changed it u left it out of the video so this video was not helpful to me at all. I already have the outer parts off. I need to know how to get the inside price out . Thanks anyway maybe I'll find better video on here

We had the part of the lock (white part) locked shut inside the door and we couldn't get the door open without a locksmith and locks of muscle:(
