Perfect timing! I’ve just learned the split grip at pole class yesterday and was wondering what were good conditioning exercises for it. Thank you!!

This may sound like something everyone should find simple enough but I am having a hard time with sliding down properly. I can't seem to get my grip to where I am still holding on but gracefully sliding to the floor. I am either gripping to tight and don't move or I slide down bit by bit squealing all the way down. Is there a technique or trick for this? If so can you do a video or comment about what I may be doing wrong here? Thanks for all your videos!

Hey yeah its really about the day to day conditions.
I noticed that my grip is different on a cold day vs a warm day for example and a humid vs a dry day. So maybe have a check on this. There are different products like dry hands you can use for different sliding properties you need.
Maybe you need a bit more practice to control your grip :)

Hii! I love your workouts both on-pole and off-pole, they are extremely useful and I can always tell the difference after the workouts! I've been doing your workouts for a while now and while invert is going pretty good, I'm stuck with not being able to hold gemini (while 1 year ago I was able to hold it but then I had to go on a long break and I restarted on my new pole like 3 weeks ago but I did your exercises to stay "fit/strong for the pole" so that I wouldn't lose most of my strenght) also I've been trying to do butterfly but I can't seem to push myself far from the pole, I was wondering if you have any advice on how to strenghten or practice for these kinda moves so that I can progress in my pole journey bc it's starting to be all about being upside down? ^-^ ♥

Invert moves have a lot to do with core and shoulder strength :)
I can record a video on this!

Hey, I have a question. Are there also comming some normal work-outs without a pole? I really love to do your older work-outs, because I don't have a pole and because they are so effective and fun.

Hey i love what you do and think you may be able to reach a wider audience and build a loyal fanbase through twitchh.. you can watermark your videos with sponsors as well.. best of luck! 😘

@@scorpionshape people stream a bunch of stuff. Under the dance music tag you may find dancers, DJs, singers etc.. channel like girl__fighter is about pole dancing... subscriptions are a way to make money along with sponsors. Only downsides are it's live and people in your chat can be a weird bunch but you have the option to block them
This is about how to get started and set up.. you could totally use your phone to stream as well..
      ruclips.net/video/ufTu9lHNRfg/видео.html
This one talks about sponsors and how to find them..
      ruclips.net/video/NfMr3sVF2II/видео.html
The reason I made this suggestion is because utub algo has been weird to smaller channels lately so ttwitch may be able to find you a much more engaging audience and you can clip best parts of your stream and post them on your other socials as well thereby you can ask your fans to subscribe to your utube channel as well thus growing both simultaneously.. watch a few streams to see how fans interact
funny enough some just eat and sleep on twitchh and make a living xD ... compared to them you're already a gem! 😆

hahaha thank you so much for taking the time to talk to me about this! I have seen some streams on youtube, as you said. But so true, the algo is terrible both on instagram and youtube for smaller channels. I would actually love to give live classes. Its much more fun than just talking to the camera ;)
