The worst part about the portrayal of this character in these movies is the design; not because it's bad, because it's PERFECT. It's some delightfully top tier comic book accuracy, which only serves to make all the other problems with the character and his writing stand out more.

I hear he may show up in the next Black Panther and Ant Man 3
