    2005: Valery Gergiev conducts the World Orchestra for Peace
    2022: Valery Gergiev refuses to renounce the Russian Invasion of Ukraine and is fired from the rest of the world.
    Valery Gergiev was the imposter.

      At least he still doesn't get fired from the Mariinsky theater!

      I don't know how that makes him an imposter; he just has different views, which caused him to lose his job.

    I’m no trombonist, but as a musician in general (Clarinetist) it’s not hard to tell that the slide is doing some funky/Alien crap during that excerpt.

      As a beginner trombonist i was not even sure how they sounded like that

    • @jonathanmorales6746
      @jonathanmorales6746 Год назад +1

      It’s generally pretty chromatic, especially in this excerpt since it’s in a comfortable(ish) key being in concert E minor, it’s just lining it up and being precise with the subdivision as well as speed.

      As a Trombonist speed sometimes covers sloppy intonation but these players have that problem well taken care of.❤
