It’s generally pretty chromatic, especially in this excerpt since it’s in a comfortable(ish) key being in concert E minor, it’s just lining it up and being precise with the subdivision as well as speed.

Valery Gergiev was the imposter.
He is not an imposter, he is just a patriot of his country
@@antoniojobim3300 *radical nationalist, not patriot
@@JHarrisBrass lmao why is the person who refuses to renounce the Russian Invasion of Ukraine suddenly a radical nationalist? cuz he Russian?
At least he still doesn't get fired from the Mariinsky theater!
I don't know how that makes him an imposter; he just has different views, which caused him to lose his job.
The storm part is way too underrated
True That’s crazy

Agreed big time
I’m no trombonist, but as a musician in general (Clarinetist) it’s not hard to tell that the slide is doing some funky/Alien crap during that excerpt.
As a beginner trombonist i was not even sure how they sounded like that

@@jonathanmorales6746how they made the sound like that
As a Trombonist speed sometimes covers sloppy intonation but these players have that problem well taken care of.❤

I had no idea George Lucas played Trombone. Very cool.
God Rossini knew how to write for trombones
This excerpt is so hard dude. In the original sheet music it’s in tenor cleff as well 😓
practice out of the blazhevich clef studies book for trombone. Will help you a lot with tenor and alto clef
I'm in love with Gergiev conducting!
