thank you for doing this I am a secretary in a doctors, first line for all the patients most of which are really kind and realise what a hard job we do and thank us, but then there are those that are so demanding and abusive it is so stressful by the time we go home all we want to do is eat and then bed, sleep wake up and do it all again please be kind x

Why not realise that you're providing a crap service and that you need to do something about it ? It's not the patients' fault you make them abusive and the demanding aspect only comes about because you're failing to meet expectations.
The other alternative is to chuck the job in and go and work in private practice - something we're short of here.
I went to the chemist yesterday for analgesics. The dumb blonde went to check with her boss to see if she could sell me 32 paracetamol and 32 aspirin. I told her that that was one hell of an insult - and I've complained to Boots' HQ about it.

@@millomweb I am a Community Pharmacist, I deal with such dumb questions day in day out, this man has a dry cough, can I sell him Robitussin for dry coughs?, this patient's 4 your-old has verruca, can I sell him salicyclic acid, their kindergarten mentality never stops. We should bounce them back and forth, like a tennis ball between angry manager and angry customer, with specatating customer queue, who will embarass them, so they learn a lesson and quit.

I thought seeing 100 patients a day wearing PPE was a lot but seeing you work makes me love my life even more . I do hope the NHS pays you a salary of 1 million pounds for the effort you put in your work daily.

I find that I am a lucky to be a private patient in Hong Kong. We can still see our GPS and other specialists face to face easily. In HK being a private patient is not free but affordable. We can get continent medical service with affordable price.
During covid-19 pandemic or a private GP has done an excellent job for Disease prevention. I remember the enjoyable experience of the covid-19 vaccine which was given by my doctors not the nurses. I also remember the great comfort by my GPs when I was suspended from Covid-19 infection. Thanks for their clear explanation and the injections(with the own hands of my GPs) for symptoms relief.

Will HK GPs treat me here in England ? A GP with my level of intelligence would be good.

I guess you've not needed good treatment then. If I need to go into NHS premises, I'll go with 2 burly bodyguards/chaperones.

Well, if you can find me a decent GP that will treat me outside of the NHS, tell them to e-mail me - preferably before I have a heart attack. My BP is 174/114 and blood glucose 15.3 and OTC aspirin doesn't treat this.
You try putting 174/114 into the NHS website - it doesn't accept a diastolic over 100 ! I bet the CCG is based in Shite House too !
