Price? Appears a lot of people are not using their boats and they are selling. Tired of the maintenance and dock fees. Inflated pandemic prices are going down. Is this trend what you are seeing in your local market?
@@HarborYachtTours Thank you. Also be nice if you could tel subs how much to store those boats where they are tied up at. (If not at the seller's own real estate). Are dock or slip prices going down after pandemic inflation? I assume FL storms reduced the number of available places to dock a large boat. Yes, Boats of all sizes even new, RVs, etc. inventory increases and prices falling. Heck in my Texas markets new car dealers are overloaded. Nobody is buying cars or trucks much less a luxury item like a RV, Boat or plane.
The price is listed-at 299k... But equally important is how much to insure it... My guess is over 8k a year for a 300k hull this price.. model and speed. ..and power. ..and will probably keep going up 20% a year as Florida is now eye of storm. This is what is driving boat market now..far more than pandemic price declines...etc.. No one can afford to dock them and insure them anymore. Florida has a big big problem and not just declining boat sale prices.... houses...condos... My bet is to wait about 2 years...and everything will be priced to reflect the much higher dock and insurance prices.
@@ristainojI believe you are correct. Especially a place to keep a large boat. Most people go shopping and don’t have a plan for parking, storing or docking. Maybe finding a place to keep a boat and insurance and routine maintenance planning should come first. Sober thinking without emotions.
I had a longer version posted when I first started the channel but it didn’t do very well at all probably because of the title and or thumbnail so I took it down cut some parts out and saved it for a slow week. It’s at twice the views already. Thanks for paying attention I was wondering if anyone would notice.
@@HarborYachtTours any Detroit engine model ending in 92....and "what's your scehduled blow up time ,.....One of the worst engines ever made. ...and not cheap to rebuild....depends on HP and how much they are blown. Over 90 HP a cyl..and you will be lucky to see 2000 hours.
2.9mil. Looks lie it needs a considerable amount of TLC+. Too much $$ for that amount of work. I know, 35 year old boat, but peeling paint around windows, faded paint on the bow, just too much work, I'm out, and I haven't seen the engine room yet.
Now THAT’S a boat!!!
You the owner of this turd?
Very nice boat.
Allot of nice ship for $299K. I like the redo of the kitchen too.
Makes you wonder what the catch is.
Been for sale for what seems like forever

$299k
I do hear that prices are coming down and boats are getting harder to sell.

Why insure it. It’s only 300 k.
I feel like I've seen this boat on here before.

Sorry, I forgot to compliment you on a really good video showing the boat. I had a large yacth as people called it, but it was still a boat to me.
$299k. Not 2.9 million.
