$500 k for a boat slip that looks like it’s a mile from the end of runway 05/23 at Naples airport. Check Google maps. How many flights per day? And congested …condo balconies etc. not a lot of privacy while you’re sitting out getting some sun. Plus, where are the restaurants and tiki bars? I’ve tied up in marinas up and down the ICW where the bars and music entertainments stay noisy pretty late. If that’s your vibe, go for it. But I’m guessing that prospective buyers for a boat like this are gonna be 60+ and looking for a quiet restful experience.

Wow. It looks New inside and out.The only wear is the discoloration in the paint on the headers and turbos on the engine, which is normal from the heat cycles.I couldn't work on them in that space, but with only 900 hours,there's no need.Well Done to the owner, and re-upholsterers ! I could live aboard easily.Definitely spend all the time on it that I could. TY for another great tour too.

I really love the dark blue on the exterior. You pretty much see nothing but white on boats. So many different shades of white just everywhere. Its so mundane. I think you said you're 5'7" or 5'8". That makes you right on the edge of being vertically handicapped. I should know, I'm not just the president of The Vertically Handicapped Club. I'm also a member😂😂😂. I'm only 5'6". I know all to well the challenges of being vertically handicapped 😂😂. That raised platform at the wheel house helm is awesome. Its nice to see companies thinking of the shorter things in life. 😂😂😂😂😂

His knowledge base shows in how he keeps this yacht, first thing I look at on any boat especially power boats are the systems and engine room- this one is impeccable- if a prospective buyer doesn’t recognize Bristol condition- he should look elsewhere. I am a sailboater but would buy this straight away if I was looking for a power yacht

Wow that engine room is seriously impressive. You don't see em that slick very often. The cable management is top freakin notch too. Those wiring panels are a work of art.
