Well I mean he watched the original so I'm sure he's heard the original name enough times that he get's what up. Also it's pretty likely they explained to him the whole name debacle. It's pretty obvious when you have dudes like "Worse Company" running around.

I’m so sad he passed away at the age of 35!!! I’m so sad he’s gone, he was wonderful and perfect as Josuke(JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Diamond is Unbreakable), Azz(Welcome to Demon School Iruma-kun), Rui(Demon Slayer), & Naofumi(The Rising of the Shield Hero). The anime industry lost an AMAZING & TALENTED Voice Actor and I’m praying for his family especially and we’ll always remember Billy Kametz thanks to the incredible voice work he did and left behind for us to watch over and over again. REST IN PEACE BILLY KAMETZ(1987-2022). 😭😢✝️

Part 4 remained as my top 3 for all these years… can’t believe I never heard of this man’s death… and before just hearing about his death today, I watched the whole of part 4 and part 4 in the English dub entirely. Once I heard of Billy’s death the first thing I did was immediately return to this channel. I’ve been a fan of Billy’s work since fire emblem three houses- I would be strange if I say he is an idol of mine. I strive to be as positive as him and be a light for many people. He was given characters that had wise lines and gave so much of his personality to them. I know you guys miss him as much as I do ❤️

Saw the news a few days ago. My heart goes out to him and his family. I don't know of his work, personally but he's voiced some of the coolest characters from some of the coolest anime. Naofumi from Rising of the Shield Hero, a great Isekai anime. Josuke from JoJo's Bizarre Adventure. Shinigami from 86 (one of the greatest new anime of all time).. etc. And Ferdinand from Fire Emblem Fuukasetsugetsu/Three Houses. So while I don't know him due to only watching and playing in Japanese, I can still respect that he got these roles and was a beloved voice actor who accomplished his dreams. It's tragic that he met such a fate at such a young age. And it sucks _that much more_ for the people who watched the anime he voiced because the future seasons of 86... as well as with main characters of past JoJo seasons usually making returns... sadly he can't voice them anymore. And if Three Houses was to get a proper sequel, or Ferdinand were to get an alt in Fire Emblem Heroes, it's the same... He died way too young.

Watching this video now is extremely bittersweet. Billy was truly an incredible and talented person, you could tell how much he loved what he did and he deserved to do so much more.
