Grantham Canal fly-through: Nottingham to Hickling

Using Satellite imagery from 2018-19, we fly along part of the course of the former Grantham canal, starting at its junction with the River Trent at Lady Bay, Nottingham, and ending this section at Hickling Basin. Imagery courtesy of Google Earth.

Born in City of Nottingham, then grew up in Newark.
I'm an Open Canoest and
I'm really interested in the old waterways.
so finding your channel is most interesting.
is the Canal, now completed?
