- This is an educational video on how you can have different instruments along with an accordion on the Roland FR-8x. There are many ways of doing this, but this is a simple method than can be done with very little setup. Here I am showing how to use the palm bar with orchestra 1 and orchestra 2. Also, I have included my version of Apple Peaches Pumpkin Pie Polka.
Hi can you please show me how can I change the bellows speed on a Roland fr8x electric accordion?
Thank you for viewing my video. Yes, I will do a short video on the bellows for the FR-8x. There are actually two settings and I will talk about both. One controls the "ease" of moving the bellows and the other the amount of pressure needed. I will try to get to the video by this weekend. I wanted to let you know that your question was received and that I would answer it. Thanks for the great question.
@@joekarwoski thank you so much, I will wait
@@taking.1981 Again, thanks for watching my videos. I was able to get the video done with the answer (I hope) to your question. Here is the link to the video: ruclips.net/video/eIz8Rf9y_4I/видео.html
@@joekarwoski Thank you very much for your response!
Hi Joe, was the palm switch swapping functionality a part of the FR8X standard features or was it Dale’s programming? I enjoyed your video.
I am so sorry I missed your question. The palm swapping was not part of Dale's programming. By default, the palm switch is set to go between your instruments and the accordion when you have and instrument button selected. If you are only in accordion mode, then the switch will take you to Master. The default is switch 8. All that being said, you may change the switch to take you to any of the accordion switches. Also, you are able to set the chin buttons to do things. It is a very awesome accordion!
