You have to use either the single strum keys or the strumming pattern keys to actually play notes--in the chord modes, the main playing range is used to select chord voicings only, and does not produce any sound by itself.
Thanks. Figured it out minutes later. Confusing at first. But it makes total sense. (Doesn't help that I was plyaing 1st time on a 2 octave controller with no sustain pedal. :)
Guys, you really need to improve the syncing of your libraries. I'm using Cubase 10.5 with Kontakt 6.4 and the timing of the strumming patterns is just terrible. Really hard to get fast results. Maybe you could work on "strummed" style library putting the focus on proper phrases and indicate which BPMs are more suitable for each phrase.
Are you using the very latest version of the library? The syncing of the strumming patterns is one aspect we've been improving in the past few updates, and have another update coming soon that should make the sync more reliable.

I LOVE this
Great job, *Orange Tree Samples* You should have demonstrated *Sweet Home Alabama* (unless there's a licensing reason you can't/didn't) !
Yeah, it comes down to the necessary license to use a song like that.
why does it say it works with at least kontakt 5.7 and it does not working on 5.7.3? i get the message that says my version of kontakt is too old 🤔
Just wow.
In the name of all that is Holy, HOW DO YOU PLAY CHORDS??? Nothing I do produces sound in any of the Chord modes...
