- After months of peaceful marches and clashes, Hong Kong protesters have begun staging a different type of demonstration - mass singalongs of a new song called Glory to Hong Kong.
Some even think it should be replace the Chinese national anthem.

Thank you for your support. After June 30, 2020, Hong Kong is dead. The Hong Kong version of China’s national security law gradually silenced the media and politicians in Hong Kong, the freedom of speech and the right to participate in politics here is being stifled; the government has stated that Hong Kong has never had a "separation of powers" system, and most of the protesters against government governance have been unfairly tried, everyone can imagine that the independence of Hong Kong's judicial system is in danger of collapse; there were a surge in unsuspected suicides in Hong Kong last year, and we can see that among the nearly 10,000 detained demonstrators, many Hong Kongers, especially the youths were severely beaten by police violence and interrupted their hands and feet. During the Wuhan pneumonia epidemic, the Hong Kong government deliberately did not seal the mainland China so as to use the epidemic to control demonstrations, and then eliminated the Legislative Council election in September this year, and intends to deploy "health code" in the name of epidemic prevention to further monitor the lives of Hong Kong people and restrict our freedom of life. At present, 12 young protesters have getten away from Hong Kong in order to escape the unfair trial. Unfortunately, they have been intercepted by the Chinese coast guard and taken into China. Since then, their parents and lawyers have lost contact with them. Hong Kong has become a police city. Under the coercion of the CCP, Hong Kongers are powerless to counteract it, but we can only fight with our lives. Please help and stand with us.

Garibaldi arrived in Sicily with the smallest army but with a strong support from the population they managed to conquer the land and the two men met each other when Garibaldi decided to give away all his conquests to the king. Rome and Trieste were not captured until the third war, when Italy "distracted" France, ally of the Pope, with a war with Germany (distracted is a big word, they were already involved in it, Italy saw it as an opportunity; also this is the same war that sparked the border dispute with Germany that would be fought over later in WW1) so that the troops could breach through the walls of Rome and conquer it, making it Italy's capital.

I remember watching this video when it uploaded back in 2019 and honestly i can't help but cry when i come back to it.

I just wanted to say that in my country our protest anthem is called “¡Qué vivan los estudiantes!" which would roughly translate into "Long live the students!" I guess it's a fitting song, in all protests it's young people who die the most.
