Im very excited to hang out with you guys and show you how I make my spicy avocado toast , do my makeup and talk skincare.
And I also want to thank L’Oreal for partnering with me in today’s video to talk to you guys about the 30 day challenge that I just completed with them. FAVE avo toast recipe (from a restaurant I worked at in LA):
- smash/mix avocado with goat cheese (or 0% fat Greek yogurt for a healthier alternative), salt, pepper, red pepper flakes (optional), drizzle avo toast with olive oil and top with arugula or micro greens
- if you like smoked salmon, put a few thin slices before the olive oil drizzle
- top with chia seeds (optional)

Patiently waiting for the engagement video and wedding planning! It is the best feeling ever being engaged! I have dated my fiance for 8 years, we were supposed to get married this year, but had to post pone due to covid! We are getting married in November of 2021! Con el favor de dios.
I make my avocado toast with olive oil on the pan and sour dough bread. I slice my avocado, over med egg, and sautéed mushrooms, and everything but bagel seasoning with red pepper flakes and tapatio.
Sebas is not lying about the oro verde. I’m from Michoacán, close to Uruapan and thats super common to hear. They call it that cause it has so many nutrients and because it leaves some pretty good earnings to those who grow it, export it, etc..
My fave avo toast: sourdough toast, mashed avo with lime and salt and pepper (def going to try with lemon next tho!) Then thick slice of tomato, a soft egg, and topped with Tajin and chili flakes! And sometimes Valentina's! Sooo good with the tomatoes.

I realize I’m watching this late lol but you my favoriteeeee avocado toast is:
-your choice of bread
-avocado (mashed to preference with salt pepper)
-pickled onions (I make my own it’s super easy!)
-everything but the bagel seasoning
-drizzle balsamic glaze on top
I’m vegan so I don’t do eggs or cheese on top but I’m sure it would go great on top as well ❤️

After I toast my bread, I like to rub some garlic on it. It gives your avocado toast even more flavor. SO good!

Its faster to smash the avocados with a potato masher!try that next time! I add a tiny pinch of onion and garlic powder to the avocados. I top the toast with everything bagel seasoning and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil 👌👌

Try "Everything Bagel" seasoning on your eggs a light sprinkle does wonders, or sprinkle over your built avo, egg toast.

My fiancé and I make the exact same breakfast except we use a lightly salted rice cake instead of bread. It adds the perfect crunch!

I love Avocado toast! I always add a slice of tomato and arugula to mine! And I drizzle lightly with Braggs apple cider vinaigrette! So good! I’ve never tried it with sourdough bread which I love so I’ll have to try that!!

I make my avocado toast with spinach, turkey, and cherry tomatoes and topped with black pepper and Louisiana sauce.
Try adding radish or cherry tomatoes. Radish is my fave!! Adds the perfect amount of crunch

1. Toasted bread (any kind)
2. Avocado mash or sliced
3. Baby Arugula
4. 2 Slices Roma tomatoes
5. 3-4 slices of rábanos (radish)
6. Topped with a drizzle of lemon juice, salt and pepper and chili flakes!

I like to add soyrizo to my avacado toast. I put it on top of the mashed avacado & then add the egg. It’s extremely filling and quick breakfast, I usually can only eat one con mi cafecito a lado🥰🥑☕️

It’s called “our place” ! For both the Pan and plates :) the plates are pretty expensive, and tbh so is that pan BUUT the pan is so worth it! I bought it back in December and I’m in love with it 😭🤍
