Prep Time: 30 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Procedures:
1. In a large pot of boiling salted water add in the noodles and cook them until slightly crunchy or al dente, according to its package. Immediately chill the noodles under cold water and toss with some oil so that they do not stick and place in the refrigerator until ready to use.
2. To Assemble: Add the cooked noodles, meats, cucumbers, tomatoes, pepperoncini’s, olives, onions, cilliegine, basil, parmesan cheese, and salt and pepper to a large bowl.
3. Add the dressing 1 large spoonful at a time to the outside of the bowl and mix thoroughly using a rubber spatula so that the ingredients don’t break up.
4. Serve cold.
Chef Notes:
Make-Ahead: You can make this salad up to 2 days ahead of time. It is advised to keep all of the ingredients separate before serving.
How to Store: Keep in a covered container for up to 4 days. This will not freeze well.
If you want to assemble it later the best way to store the pasta is chilled and coated in a little bit of oil so that the noodles do not stick together.
I can’t stress enough, you can absolutely add more ingredients to this pasta salad such as zucchini, squash, different types of olives, etc.
This pasta salad recipe is simply delicious. The balsamic vinaigrette is such a great substitution to Italian dressing. Definitely a new staple salad for me and my family. I added chickpeas because I love them. The green pimento olives… YES!
i found you on facebook, it was the hummus video! you are an amazing teacher and you’re real and honest! love it! thank you
And that tip( adding the dressing around the edge of the bowl) has been a life changer.
Dresses everything just right!
Never rinse your pasta
I really appreciate the pep talk and the motivation to start my pasta salad journey. Will make this in bulk for some hot days and share with friends at the beach. Thank you 😍
awesome!
I absolutely following you!
I love your teaching style!!
You are so much fun to watch!!
Blessings to you

Looks delicious but how much sugar & mustard??? What good is a recipe without "all" the ingredients with proper measurements???🤔
Absolutely agree !!
I love how you always give alternatives.. I’m the kind of person that like to follow recipes to the tee, but once I’m given the “or you can use this or that” it just... I don’t know it just doesn’t make it stressful.. if that makes sense. So thank you!! 😁 love all your videos!!
Happy to help, thanks for watching!

Thanks chef! I’m going to a cook out at my uncle’s this weekend and this is what I’m doing to share. Love it! Thanks!
Never really found a pasta salad that I love... but I think this video might have changed that 😂😂😋😋
It’s a good one!
Making this for 4th of July! Thank you Chef Billy!
perfect!!
Cool recipe. I'll be making this next week. Love how you say to add anything or what is on sale. That helps when making your recipes. Most chefs won't say that. 👍👍
Thanks for watching!
What a good teacher you are!
Must one use sugar? I prefer dressing that are not sweet.
More like a antipasto salad...with pasta.
any recipes list.thank you
“A long noodle won’t work” challenge accepted I bet I can modify for a little angel hair side dish alongside lobster. Although I am NOT nearly as quick and efficient.
Saw this video of that beautiful pasta salad just in time to incorporate it in my family "picnic in the patio" this weekend. Thanks Chef!
Thanks for watching!
Thanks, chef! My kids looove a good past salad. This looks perfect and something the kids could even make themselves.
Perfect!!
Is he Suze Orman's sibling or son?
who lol?
Fabulous! I’d like to make one that’s vegan…perhaps with artichoke hearts and all the veggies you used. That sounds delicious! Thanks, Billie
So good!! Many thanks chef Billy ❤
Thanks for watching!
This, is actually great on Thanksgiving.. as a side dish. Seriously..and a favorite with your recipe. Happy Thanksgiving.🦃Chef Parisi !! Thank you 💕☺️
I just made it and only had green olives, but it still turned out delicious! I even threw in some pine nuts.
I can't wait to try this recipe and I love the tip about applying the dressing to the edge of the bowl. I like the colander you used with the pasta. Did it come with the pot and where would I be able to find one?
It’s by a brand called Polder!
@@ChefBillyParisi Thank you Chef!

I don’t do pasta, but need a nice summer cold dish for hubby who loves pasta!

Paul Newman Is legendary

Bro… made a HUGE batch of this for a work potluck today, and not only is every ounce gone, but I overheard, “best pasta salad I’ve had in my life”, uttered.
Wow, that’s amazing. Appreciate you trying it
Chef John just made this almost identical ingredients
Different ingredients.
ALL THAT OIL FLOATING ON TOP
Like then recipe but take offense of your usage of "noodles"? There is a big difference from noodles versus pasta, and you're Italian?
I mean mostly you're talking about semantics for the general population and "taking offense" is a pretty hard stance for a pasta salad recipe lol. I'm not going to break down the differences of wheat for a noodle and pasta for the sake of this recipe. No one on earth searches for "noodle salad recipe." In addition, how do you know my fusilli wasn't made with semolina?
