  • Movement amnesia can occur when we have not accessed a movement for a period of time. This type of avoidance can create a threat-based relationship with said movement. Having multiple options and scales to reintroduce a movement is sometimes necessary and extremely effective when it comes to improving function and pain-based outcomes.

    The most helpful tip I have heard is to lock your shins as vertical as possible.
    This forces near perfect form or else you tip over.
