The good people from Lusso Collective sent me the full library so that I could experience these amazing fragrances. I decided to invite other perfume lovers to join me on this Olfactory Journey and help share our thoughts on these fragrances.
Darren and I are focusing on the MASTERS COLLECTION and we've selected our personal favourites from this range.

Vanagloria is amazing. One of the best smell I put my nose on last year.

So VANAGLORIA is said to be similar to AMOUAGE VANILLA BARKA (get the sample set) & YSL BABYCAT, but no one can get their hands on Babycat 😤. And it’s one of my favorite vanillas . Aside from initio SIDE EFFECT & ROJA PDLN 2.

#3 is more incense , a bit of rose, vanilla .
#1 is super animalic. I just placed my order for VANAGLORIA. Hopefully it’s super close to VANILLA BARKA

Not sure what to make of Vanagloria. My daughter says she can pick up vanilla. I get barely a hint of it until very late into the dry-down. On my skin Vanagloria smells like I've taken a bath in very peaty single-malt scotch. I like it, but was wholly unprepared for the experience. Rather than reminding me of Babycat, I would say it calls to mind Xerjoff's LUXOR minus the cinnamon accord. Very, very smokey i would describe it as a predominantly birch tar scent. I love the dry vanilla of Babycat, but was hoping to find something similar for a more reasonable price. This does not appear to be it. Paris Corner's RIFAAQAT is the closest thing I've smelled to Babycat, and it's a comparative bargain, but the performance leaves something to be desired. I'd be thrilled if Paris Corner would double or triple the price of Rifaaqat, and beef-up the performance. Even then, it would still be less than half the price those robbers at L'Orreal are charging for Babycat.
What about longevity and projection on vanagloria?
This stuff sounds very interesting...will have to sample this one day. Thanks again.

He mentioned he keeps his fragrances in a humidified fridge, but shouldn't fragrances be kept somewhere dry, and away from moisture?
In fact the cabinet keeps the moisture out, plus he's able to temperature control the cabinet to keep the perfumes at an optimum temp. Would have to have one of these🤩

Blind buying is for the brave Julio....I'm not one of those. It gives me a nervous breakdown too😂....however the fragrances in the "Masters Collection" are exceptional and it would be something that you could roll the dice on. Each one of them is a winner in my books (the only one I wouldn't buy is Baliflora as it's too floral for me; it's more female leaning in my books....works beautifully on my wife).
Another option is you can purchase the Masters Collection sample set; get a chance to test them out
