There are many better candidates thatn harris. My prefference would be a true progressive like sanders (too old even though his brain seems as sharp as ever) or aoc or even the likes of katie porter etc. However i know the democrat leadership and billionaire donors would probably support trump before any true progressive so they are ruled out. Based on who the establishment might support tgen gretchen witmer or newsom or michelle obama (if she can be persueded to run) would all be better than kamala harris.
