No one sells the flat top black diamond for sorbo in England so I had to order them from Denmark and 12, 36in rubbers with tax and shipping cost me about $70 £56 so not cheap and I couldn't tell the difference from sorbo rubbers ,and sorbo are £36 for 10, 36in.
I just ordered a pack of the medium. Its suppose to be a in between the hard and soft. Your right about u have to pull them apart at first i thought abc had sent me the wrong thing. But so far i like them.

It’s interesting when you said that the rubber is only good for one use. So once you finished with both sides, it’s best to discard it as its No good when cutting down for size. Wouldn’t this work out more costly in the long run?
I found that after using both sides I wasn't able to cut it down and use in a smaller channel due to the rubber bleeding water through it after being used on both sides, where when using ettore rubber I can cut it down multiple times and use in smaller smaller channels. But i think the price of it makes up for this con

hi there - I ordered a bunch of BD rounds, and some square for sorbo wides. I'm finding I have to apply more pressure on the squeegee using this vs the Ettore. My guy/partner noted the same. I ordered from a Canadian source, and had no option of soft/hard. If I am having to use more pressure does that mean that I may have received the harder version? Ambient temps when using were likely 70F give or take. Anyways, I was disappointed, as I hoped buying bulk and at lower cost, well, it was a nice option. Ettore are nearly double the price. Ideas? Just suck it up? :D
Most likely you do have the harder rubber, I like black diamond but overall Ettore master squeegee rubber is my preferred.

Which black diamond rubber is more important to a window cleaner? The one in his wallet or the one put on his squeegee? The one on his squeegee, if broken/cut, will be a lot cheaper to replace in the long run vs the one in his wallet that will cost more each month for at least 18 years!! hahahahah
